Days after the discovery of the Chaos Form...
Aurelion and Kael Veyris continued their journey beyond the known reaches of creation.
Aurelion looked at Kael.
"You once told me your true form has countless manifestations."
Kael nodded.
"Each one represents a different aspect of the Primordial Nothingness."
"Some embody creation."
"Some embody silence."
"Some embody chaos."
"And some..."
"...should never awaken."
Aurelion smiled.
"Then naturally..."
"I want to see one."
Kael sighed.
"I expected that answer."
The two arrived at a realm where even the Infinite Library had no books.
There were no stories.
No concepts.
No dimensions.
Only endless stillness.
Suddenly...
The void rippled.
A massive shadow emerged.
It was another of Kael Veyris' primordial forms.
Unlike his Chaos Form...
This manifestation possessed countless shifting eyes of different colors, each gazing into a different reality.
Its immense body twisted like an impossible cosmic organism.
Endless black tendrils spread through the surrounding void.
Fragments of galaxies drifted between its limbs like grains of sand.
Every movement caused forgotten possibilities to appear and disappear.
The form had no fixed shape.
Every observer perceived something different.
To dragons...
It resembled an endless primordial dragon.
To gods...
It appeared as an infinite throne of living darkness.
To mortals...
It became an incomprehensible cosmic nightmare beyond reason.
Even Aurelion saw something different each time he looked.
He narrowed his eyes.
"So this..."
"...is another one of your forms."
Kael nodded.
"It is known as..."
The Abyssal Form of the Primordial Nothingness.
"It is not evil."
"It is simply too vast for ordinary minds to comprehend."
The colossal being slowly lowered itself before Kael.
Its countless eyes closed together.
The endless tendrils became still.
Then a voice echoed from every direction.
"...Creator..."
Kael answered calmly.
"It has been a long time."
The immense being responded.
"...I have guarded the forgotten depths beyond all creation..."
"...Awaiting your return..."
Aurelion folded his arms.
"It recognizes only you."
Kael smiled.
"It is part of me."
"It always will be."
The Abyssal Form slowly extended one immense tendril.
Rather than attacking...
It gently touched Kael's shoulder.
Immediately...
The surrounding void became calm.
The countless eyes dimmed.
The impossible form began dissolving into streams of black, violet, and silver light.
The tendrils unraveled into primordial energy.
The countless eyes became stars of living darkness.
Everything flowed toward Kael.
One by one...
The fragments merged into him.
His appearance barely changed.
Yet behind him...
An immeasurable abyss unfolded.
Thousands upon thousands of luminous eyes opened within the darkness.
Some contained entire galaxies.
Some reflected forgotten histories.
Some watched futures that would never exist.
Endless tendrils drifted silently around him.
The stars themselves seemed insignificant beside the ancient presence.
Reality did not tremble from fear.
It trembled because it remembered.
Aurelion smiled.
"You truly are impossible to describe."
Kael looked toward the endless void.
"I was never meant to be described."
"I simply chose to become someone people could understand."
The abyss behind him slowly receded.
The countless eyes closed.
The tendrils dissolved into nothingness.
Kael Veyris once again stood as the calm Emperor of the Veyris Eternal Empire.
Aurelion laughed softly.
"Your family would probably tell you to stop frightening the cosmos."
Kael chuckled.
"They probably would."
Together, the two old friends turned toward home.
Far beyond all realities...
Another primordial form returned to its eternal slumber.
Waiting patiently until its Creator called upon it once more.
