Setsuna just said "Hexael I don't wanna talk" so I decided to just observe, but not say anything, the woman lets out a startled scream while crying seeing the present Setsuna left.
Setsuna left Rena's head in front of Rena's mother's house for a mildly entertaining promise, it reminds me of the past that's yet to happen.
The woman seems completely horrified, but Setsuna just looks coldly at the scene, probably unsure of what to feel, she's not happy and not sad, the usual pattern.
In fact, I bet Setsuna doesn't even know why she did this, and that's exactly why it's fun to watch this, if Setsuna has reached the point of starting to do things unconsciously, it means she's finally getting closer to the real Setsuna.
