The sun is high, beach is pretty and warm and two people in particular stand out. Both of them don't seem like the type to just be on a tropical island.
A serious looking teenager, and a older woman that has wrinkles on her face, but she's still an attractive woman.
The teenager wears suit and tie, along with a white inside shirt and black sleek pants. His leather boots tracking sand under it's sole. He's a white, serious looking teen.
The older woman also wears a suit and tie that complements, the teenagers style, she has a smile on her face different from the teen. She seems like she's the one guiding the teen.
Both of them are standing in a very familiar area. The beach that Salem flew above to stop the bomb and lay down til nightfall and didn't leave until every person left.
The woman looks around the place and his eyes falls upon the parking lot and a homeless man with a crowd around him.
Older woman: "Kai, over there, we can ask them."
A smile on her face as she looks to Kai, his serious demeanour looking over at the crowd and making his way over.
Both Kai and the woman make their way to the crowd, with the woman in front of them, acknowledging them with a smile and a courteous wave. The people look over to her and Kai.
There is three other people around him, all maybe homeless. Since their clothes are in tatters.
The Woman: "Hello, guys my name is Fran and this fellow here..."
She turns putting her hand on the boy's head and brushing his semi-well managed hair.
Fran: "His name is Kai. We were wondering if you guys saw a guy that came from here and was ever so slightly suspicious."
One of the other homeless ladies looks to the Homeless man that's entertaining them.
Homeless lady: "Why don't you tell them what you told us?"
The homeless man is the same one that saw Salem leave and use his fire in the flames to ignite an even brighter hotter flame.
Homeless guy: "So, late at night about a week or so ago, I saw this guy, we was naked and he had nothing but a box blocking his parts, so he came up to me and asked for clothes. I gave him some and some advice, he ducked behind cover and changed. When he came out of the he put the box over this here pit and made a big ass fire."
Fran looks over at Kai.
Fran: "We got a lead son."
Kai looks at all the crowding people and then to Fran back to the people.
Kai: "Can you describe the person in detail?"

There's a round table in the middle of a dark room. Four people sitting on the table, and four people standing right behind the people sitting.
The Four people sitting at the table is Kai, a lady wearing a lab coat covered in what seems to be blood, A giant, muscled man, with a scar across his face, that seems to big to be human is wearing a suit and tie that seems to small for him and lastly a guy that seems to be wearing military overalls, that don't seems to be for any country.
The people standing behind them, Fran is standing behind Kai. An Anemic man stands behind the lab coat wearing lady. A smaller man but more reasonably built stands behind the giant guy, and a smaller girl stands behind the military overalls wearing man.
There is five chairs at the round table they are at though, the people all look around the table for a while, before the lab coat wearing lady breaks the silence.
Lab coat lady: "So Bobak... What happened to Gerald? And who's that guy?"
Her voice squeaky and loud, but holding so much malice and euphoria. A combo that would never be good together.
Bobak the giant scarred man, his facial features never on the same height as anyone unless it's a Crytid. He's the department head of C. H. B's Defense branch.
Bobak: "This is Dan, Jean. Gerald died in the last mission objective."
Jean the smiley, lab coat wearing girl. Her intelligence is high and her mind is that of a sadist. An asian lady that has been the top scientist in the C.H.B for years, making her the Head of Experimentation.
Jean smiles and looks at Dan, then at the man beside her.
Jean: "Bobak you should get a guy like Ski, he doesn't die no matter what I do to him."
Ski, an anemic looking man, the has the looks of a regular European man. His eyes deadpan as he keeps his mouth shut at that statement but a shiver runs up his spine.
Bobak looks at Ski as he stands beside Jean his face not looking anywhere but in front of him.
Bobak: "No. I kill or capture the Cryptids, never will I enlist one into my force willingly."
Jean then looks at Kai, as he sits down ignoring them.
Jean: "How about you Kai? You should get rid of the old hag and go for another person... or thing."
Kai looks over at Jean, slightly angered by her words.
Kai: "How about you shu-"
Fran: "I don't think we've ever been apart in the years we've been together."
Fran speaks interrupting Kai before he says something inappropriate.
Jean looks up at Fran and smiles, the same way that Fran smiles, but Fran is ever so slightly annoyed by what she said.
Jean: "Oh, well not going to try separating a dynamic duo from each other."
The overalls wearing guy looks over at Jean.
Jean looks back at him as well.
Jean: "What is the matter Jason?"
Jason the overalls wearing guy, that has a stoic look on his face, and a small black beret and his military overalls that are all black, with now hint to any country on him, but a tag that hints at what he does.
It's a beige irregular pentagon, the shape of a baseball base inside of a circular dark circle, and a tag on the inside that has the lettering.

Jason: "Why do you keep those things around you anyway? They are what we kill or capture, throughout history they have always been an entity that has killed human or worse."
His voice serious, yet with a hint of curiosity.
Jean smiles, her face doesn't waver from her smile.
Jean: "How else do you want me to learn about these creatures?"
She puts a sadistic hand on Ski, moving it from his elbow to his midriff. As she smiles with a horrific smile, that would scare any person, but Ski looks calm.
Kai: "You sick freak."
Jean looks at Kai, her face feigning a pout.
Jean: "I'm hurt at your assumptions."
A hand on her chest, and a fake gasp.
At the moment a door opens, flashing a bright light to as another person enters the room.
He wears a suit and tie. Walking inside with his head held high and making the room silent. His hair in a neat manner, and his stature straight.
Jason: "Sir!"
Everyone looks at the man that enters the room, with different looks.
Bobak side eyes him, and Jean smiles, again. The only one indifferent to all of the things beside the man entering the room is Kai. As he just stares at The man that enters the room.
The man lets out a gasped laugh.
The Man: "At ease Jason. You don't have to do that you know."
Jason: "I know Mr. Ray, but as a sign of respect, that is what should be done."
Jason sits down and looks up at Ray.
Ray looks over to them all and smile waving at them all stopping before he waves to Ski, giving him a look of disdain.
He then turns all his attention back to all the others.
Ray: "People, now I'm going to ask, have any of you seen the recent news?"
All of them look around each other before the smaller person behind Jason raises her hand.
She's relatively small and her figure is voluptuous, making her not fat nor skinny, but somewhat in the medium.
Ray: "Yes, Clara?"
Clara: "Well, you asked about the recent news... I was wondering if it was about the Burning man in the sky above Guam after they announced that it was going to be bombed but the burning thing stopped it. Bringing it to the sky and that's about all the reports have said so far."
Clara's voice sounded, nervous, she's talking to a power that's even higher then the person sitting in front of her.
Ray: "Thank you Clara."
Ray continues to stand and in the middle of the table he throws an Ipad that shows video footage of the burning man bringing the thing into the sky. before it's violently thrown down by the explosion.
Ray: "We have to find this "THING" before it causes us as living beings harm."
He says thing with so much contempt. He continues on as everyone , expect Clara and Ski look over to see the video.
Ray: "Who's the investigation department?"
Kai raises his hand.
Kai: "I am Mr. Ray."
Ray looks over at Kai and smiles.
Ray: "Kai get ready. You'll leave for Guam in 2 days. And beware it has a Nickname for that Island. If only I could remember it."
Kai: "The Den of the Cryptids."
Ray: "That's what the name is... Be careful on your investigation Kai. Don't die. That's an order."
Kai gives one curt nod. Fran puts a hand on Kai's shoulder and squeezes it once. An affectionate thing a mother does when they are worried about their child.
Kai: "Yes Mr. Ray."
Ray turns around and walks toward the exit stopping right before he gets swallowed by the light of the outside.
Ray: "Meeting dismissed."
As Ray exited the door closes and they sit there looking around at each other. Jean turns to Kai with a great big smile.
Jean: "Have a nice vacation Kai!"
She gives a heartily wave to him.
