"Saphen, can you give me the painting from earlier?"
On the way back, Cain stuck close to Saphen, smiling as he casually—almost naturally—pestered him.
Thinking back on it just made him angry. This was the first time he had been there and Saphen hadn't drawn him, but instead went and drew someone else. What was so special about that little brat anyway?! Could it be that he didn't smile as nicely as that guy?
Saphen couldn't help slowing his steps, then asked softly, "You like it?"
Cain immediately nodded over and over. "I like it—of course I like it!"
Anything Saphen drew, Cain liked. But he absolutely couldn't allow another person to exist in Saphen's sketchbook.
Saphen silently clenched his fist. He didn't turn back, only continued walking forward as he asked, "Who is he?"
Cain felt that Saphen was paying far too much attention to that junior who had just appeared. First it was drawing his portrait, and now he was even asking about him…
