CHAPTER 8 — Alone in the Wild (Age 5–6)
Kael wandered the wilderness, half-starved but unbroken.
Animals bowed instinctively; predators avoided him.
He remembered fragments —
Strength.
Ambition.
Domination.
But the seal blurred the rest.
One night, when hunger blurred his vision, he collapsed beside a river. A woman found him — short, cute, deceptively young.
"Bisky…" Kael murmured.
Biscuit Krueger raised a brow. "Huh? You know my name?"
"No. Your aura told me."
Bisky studied the boy for three seconds before her eyes widened in horror.
"Your potential… It's monstrous."
Kael smirked weakly. "I know."
She sighed. "Alright, brat. I'll train you. But only for a bit. You're too troublesome."
Kael nodded.
He would hunt even weakness itself.
