CHAPTER 10 — A Hunter's Path Begins (Age 6–12)
After months, Kael declared he no longer needed a teacher.
Bisky reluctantly agreed. "You're terrifying, kid. But listen — the world won't accept talent like yours easily."
Kael adjusted his cloak. "Then I'll force it to."
He set off alone.
He traveled deserts, hunted mutant beasts, learned ancient scripts, and shattered bandit groups. His arrogance grew sharper, but so did his purpose.
He heard whispers of a child his age training on Whale Island — a boy with impossible optimism.
Gon Freecss.
Kael narrowed his eyes.
"A prodigy of spirit, not strength… Interesting."
Their paths would cross soon.
And the true hunt would begin.
