Chapter 106 - 104

Kent Farm.

Kara's fist stopped at Fiona's back of the head.

Golden strands of hair fell, obscuring her eyes.

This was her kin.

Her kin on this planet, besides Clark and Tel.

Should she just kill her? The thought made her hesitate.

A few tenths of a second.

For people like them, that brief moment was enough for too many things to happen.

Fiona, who had been twitching on the ground, stiffened and became still.

Immediately after, terrifying power erupted from her body!

Fiona's eyes snapped open.

They no longer held the pain of tearing senses, but a new, burning fighting spirit.

She twisted her waist and abdomen, her entire body like a spring compressed to its limit, suddenly springing upwards!

A knee strike.

Both fast and ruthless.

"Crack!"

A crisp sound of bone impact.

The knee struck Kara squarely on the chin.

Kara's head snapped back, her entire body losing balance, and she flew straight up into the sky.

Fiona flipped over, landing firmly on both feet, leaving two shallow indentations in the ground.

She straightened her body, closed her eyes, and felt new waves of power surging through her entire being.

She raised her hand and tore off the broken respirator on her face.

"Crash."

The broken mask fell onto the grass.

Sunlight, air, wind... all the things that had driven her to maddening pain before had now changed.

Infinite power seeped into her body through every pore, and every cell sang in exultation.

"So... this is what it feels like."

Fiona spread her arms, tilted her head back, and let the sunlight fall on her face.

"It's amazing."

"It's truly amazing!"

She lowered her head, looked at the sky where Kara had disappeared, and a savage smile appeared on her face.

"No wonder you traitors are so fond of this lowly world."

"Thank you, Kara Zor-El."

"You've made me realize what a priceless treasure this planet is for us Kryptonians."

"Therefore, it must belong to Krypton!"

Fiona bent her legs slightly.

The ground beneath her feet began to crack like a spiderweb.

The next second, the ground exploded into a pit!

She transformed into a black shadow, soaring into the sky with a sharp whistle, chasing after her in the high altitude.

In mid-air.

Kara was still flying upwards, the intense pain in her chin making her momentarily lose focus.

Just as she was about to steady herself, a black shadow had already caught up from below, moving more than twice as fast as her!

Fiona!

The two collided with a roar thousands of meters up in the sky!

A circle of white shockwave erupted in the clouds.

New York.

Above the giant crater.

Tel-Rol turned his head and looked at the black-armored figure that had crashed into his back.

The newcomer's armor was even more ornate, full of oppressive power, with the Zod family crest on his chest.

General Zod.

He had jumped down from his spaceship.

Zod glanced at Ronan, half-dead at the bottom of the pit, then fixed his gaze on Tel-Rol.

His eyes moved over the golden aura and purple lightning flowing around Tel-Rol, and the right hand holding the power stone.

"You are very strong."

Zod spoke, his voice deep.

"For a half-blood to possess such power is indeed remarkable."

"But your blood ultimately comes from Krypton."

"Come with us, Tel-Rol."

He extended his hand.

"Submit to me, and serve me. Together, we will rebuild the glory of Krypton."

"Your power should not be used to protect these insects."

On the distant ruins, Deadpool nudged Spider-Man with his elbow.

"Hey, Peter, did you hear that? That Kryptonian boss is trying to poach him."

"Do you think our golden-haired big brother will switch sides? Sounds like a good deal, even gets a planet."

Peter Parker clenched his fists, nervously staring at the sky.

"Don't talk nonsense! Mr. Tel wouldn't!"

"He... he doesn't look like that kind of person."

"Ha!"

Deadpool laughed.

"Kid, you're still green. Look at how fiercely he beat people just now, how is that like a good person? That's the charm of a villain, understand?"

Tel-Rol listened to Zod's words, expressionless.

He tilted his head.

He didn't look at Zod, but rather glanced down at Ronan at the bottom of the pit.

He raised his right hand, which held the power stone, and purple energy gathered at his fingertips, forming a translucent energy short sword.

Then, he swung his arm.

"Whoosh—!"

The purple energy sword transformed into a stream of light, not hitting Zod, but going straight for Ronan below!

"Pfft!"

The energy sword pierced Ronan's left thigh.

"Ah ah ah—!"

Ronan let out a bloodcurdling scream.

"Zod! You faithless bastard! Have you forgotten our agreement?!"

"The Kree Empire will help you rebuild Krypton! You..."

Zod's face darkened.

He had been ignored.

This half-blood actually dealt with an insignificant ant right in front of him.

His figure vanished from his spot.

The next second, he appeared beside Ronan.

He didn't even look at his former ally at his feet, raised his fist, and punched Ronan in the face.

"Bang!"

Ronan's scream stopped, his head completely smashed into the ground.

"The agreement is void."

Zod withdrew his fist, his tone flat.

"The Kree Empire is only capable of this much."

He slowly looked up, once again gazing at Tel-Rol in mid-air.

"It seems you have already chosen."

Tel-Rol smiled, revealing a mouthful of white teeth.

That smile was full of wildness and arrogance.

"When did I ever need to make a choice?"

As soon as his voice fell, Zod forcefully pushed off the ground, leaving a dent!

"Bang!"

A sonic boom echoed in the air, and he shot towards Tel-Rol like a cannonball!

He wanted to crush this arrogant half-blood with absolute power!

Facing this attack, Tel-Rol neither dodged nor avoided.

He twisted his waist, lifted his leg.

His right leg, wreathed in golden aura and purple lightning, left a series of afterimages, arriving first despite starting later, sweeping out horizontally!

"Slap!"

A loud, crisp sound.

Tel-Rol's whip kick landed squarely on General Zod's face.

Zod's forward momentum was interrupted.

He flew sideways!

His speed was more than three times faster than when he charged in!

"Rumble—!"

He crashed into a dozens-story-tall building nearby, 貫穿 through the middle, leaving a huge hole.

Deadpool's mouth hung wide open.

"I... holy crap!"

"One... one kick?"

"The final BOSS is just... gone?"

He excitedly grabbed Spider-Man's shoulder and shook him hard.

"Did you see that! Little Spider! Did you see that! A max-level boss slaughtering a beginner village! That kick! So f***ing cool!"

Peter Parker was also dumbfounded.

That Kryptonian had such a strong presence when he appeared, but in the end... that's it?

Tel-Rol retracted his leg, shaking his ankle, as if he had just kicked away a small pebble on the side of the road.

He refocused his attention on Ronan at the bottom of the pit.

"My apologies, someone cut in line just now."

He raised his left hand, palm facing upwards.

A glowing orb, fused with golden aura and purple energy, rapidly expanded in his hand, with lightning flashing within, emitting a heart-stopping aura.

"Now, I'll send you on your way."

He swung his arm, and the energy orb flew out of his hand, slowly drifting towards Ronan at the bottom of the pit.

Ronan was pinned to the ground, watching helplessly as the orb of Death grew larger and larger in his vision.

Just then.

At the distant edge of the city, a huge explosion.

A black shadow, carrying towering rage and dust, flew back into the sky.

It was Zod!

He paused in mid-air, his mask half-shattered, and Earth's oxygen rushed into it.

After adapting to the insane influx of x-ray vision and hearing in a very short time.

He also discovered the secret of the yellow sun, and the continuously growing power within him brought his desire to transform Earth into Krypton to its peak.

"You... you've successfully angered me."

Zod's voice was full of barely contained fury.

"You half-blood bastard!"

Tel-Rol completely ignored him, merely watching his energy orb slowly descend.

The purple-gold orb of light touched Ronan's body.

The light flared, and a thick pillar of energy shot skyward, spreading outwards from Ronan as its center, vaporizing everything it touched instantly.

When the energy dissipated, it left a circular hole, seven to eight meters deep, in the center of New York City.

After all that, Tel-Rol finally turned his head to look at the enraged Zod.

"What's all the yelling about? In a hurry to reincarnate?"

"Don't rush, you're next."
