In the wreckage of the command center, Tel-Rol's golden aura burned steadily, illuminating the surrounding steel fragments in a golden hue.
Ronan crawled out from a pile of twisted metal, his armor showing several cracks, and his blue face filled with shock.
"You... this power..."
He stared intently at Tel-Rol's spiky golden hair and emerald green eyes.
"This isn't Kryptonian power!"
Tel-Rol picked at his ear, looking impatient.
"What kind of '-ian' I am is none of your business."
"As long as I can beat you, isn't that enough?"
He glanced at the giant hammer in Ronan's hand.
"Your hammer is quite good, but it's with the wrong person."
Ronan's anger was reignited.
He was the Supreme Accuser of the Kree Empire, the empire's blade, yet now he was being mocked by some unknown wild card.
"For the Empire!"
Ronan roared, swinging his warhammer. The purple gem on the hammerhead lit up again, and crescent-shaped purple energy waves were unleashed, tearing through the air and shooting towards Tel-Rol.
Tel-Rol kept his hands in his pockets, swaying slightly from side to side, effortlessly dodging all the energy waves.
The energy waves struck the hull behind him, blasting out large holes and adding to the woes of the already battered kree warship.
"Is that all?"
Tel-Rol yawned.
"Even a massage isn't as gentle as that."
His figure flickered, instantly appearing before Ronan.
Ronan reacted quickly, his warhammer sweeping across with immense force.
Tel-Rol raised a fist, golden aura enveloping it, and collided with the brightly glowing purple hammerhead.
"Clang—!"
The sound of metal clashing echoed throughout the kree warship.
A visible shockwave spread out, completely tearing apart the remaining structure of the command center, and the deck beneath their feet cracked inch by inch.
Ronan was shaken back several steps, his arm holding the hammer numb.
Tel-Rol, however, remained motionless.
"Always using a hammer, haven't you eaten? Your strength is so small."
He flexed his wrist, and his figure vanished again.
The next second, countless afterimages of fists and kicks landed on Ronan's body.
"Bang bang bang bang bang!"
A dense flurry of blows rang out.
Ronan's massive body was repeatedly forced back. He tried to swing his hammer in retaliation, but he simply couldn't keep up with Tel-Rol's speed.
His armor constantly dented and shattered.
If not for the energy emanating from the gem on the hammerhead protecting him, he would have been smashed into a pulp long ago.
Tel-Rol stopped his attack, hovering in mid-air, stroking his chin as he observed the panting Ronan.
His gaze finally settled on the purple gem.
"Oh, so it's because of this thing."
He suddenly understood.
"No wonder you're so weak but still a boss. Cheating, aren't you?"
Meanwhile, in another corridor inside the kree warship.
Diana's sword of vulcan dripped blood. The corridor in front of her was littered with the bodies of Kree Soldiers, dismembered limbs scattered everywhere.
She flicked the blood from her sword and continued forward.
Suddenly, a much taller figure blocked her path.
It was a Kree warrior with four arms, each hand gripping a battle-axe glowing with energy.
"Roar!"
The four-armed warrior let out a roar, and all four battle-axes simultaneously swung at Diana.
A smile appeared on Diana's face.
"Finally, someone decent."
She raised her shield of strength to block two battle-axes, while her sword of vulcan carved a tricky arc, colliding with the other two battle-axes.
Sparks flew.
Diana's fighting style was completely different from Tel-Rol's berserk rampage.
She was like the most elegant dancer; every dodge, every block was full of beauty, yet every sword strike aimed directly at a vital point, deadly and efficient.
She crouched low, sliding past the four-armed warrior's armpit, her longsword sweeping upwards.
"Pfft!"
Two of the warrior's arms were severed at the root.
Before the opponent could scream, Diana had already turned, her longsword piercing his chest from behind.
She pulled out her sword, not even looking at the fallen body, and continued deeper into the spaceship.
"Tel-Rol, that guy, I hope he's having a good time fighting."
On the other side, in the sky over Kansas.
Two streaks of light cut across the sky, rapidly flying towards the Kent Farm.
Clark's face was filled with anxiety. He pushed his speed to the limit, the surrounding scenery completely blurring into indistinct color blocks.
"We must hurry!"
Kara was beside him, her tone equally grave.
"Those lunatics!"
The two broke the sound barrier again and again, sonic boom clouds constantly forming and dissipating behind them.
Kent Farm.
The lingering glow of the setting sun cast upon the golden cornfield, making everything seem so peaceful.
Martha and Lois were in the kitchen, anxiously looking out the window.
Suddenly, a slight tremor occurred.
A small, black shuttle silently landed in the distant cornfield.
The hatch opened.
Fiona stepped out, clad in a black Kryptonian combat suit. Her cold gaze swept over the tranquil farm, finally settling on the small wooden house.
She began to walk towards the wooden house.
kree warship, above the ruins.
"Cheating, aren't you?"
Tel-Rol's mockery made Ronan completely lose his mind.
"What do you know! This is power! This is judgment!"
Ronan poured all his anger and power into the warhammer. The purple gem erupted with unprecedented brilliance, almost dyeing the entire ship purple.
"I will use this power to completely erase you from this universe!"
He raised his warhammer high, took a large stride, and slammed it down fiercely towards Tel-Rol's head!
This strike, infused with the immense energy of the gem, was capable of destroying everything.
Tel-Rol did not dodge this time.
He grinned, revealing a mouthful of white teeth.
"Good timing!"
He adopted his classic stance at his waist, and golden aura rapidly gathered in his palms.
A dazzling ball of light quickly formed.
"Ha—me—ha—me—ha!!!"
A golden energy beam, several times thicker than before, burst forth from his palms, meeting the world-destroying purple warhammer!
"Boom—!!!"
Gold and purple, two completely different terrifying energies collided violently!
The entire kree warship directly exploded under this force, its massive hull splitting apart, countless fragments sucked into the energy storm.
"Ah ah ah ah ah!"
Tel-Rol roared, once again increasing his energy output.
The golden beam suddenly swelled, instantly overpowering the purple light, and irresistibly engulfed Ronan.
"No—!"
Ronan only managed to let out a desperate shriek before his entire body was blasted away by the immense energy, smashing through the kree warship's final outer shell and falling below.
The massive warhammer was also knocked from his hand, tumbling through the air.
Tel-Rol's figure flickered, appearing next to the warhammer, and he grabbed the hammer handle.
"Hey, it's quite heavy."
He weighed it in his hand, his gaze curiously falling on the gem on the hammerhead, which still glowed purple.
He extended a finger and poked the gem.
No reaction.
"Tch."
He became bolder, directly extending his other hand, fingers splayed, to wrap around the purple gem, intending to pry it off.
"I want to see what kind of precious treasure you really are..."
The moment his palm skin touched the gem.
"Buzz—!"
An indescribably violent energy suddenly burst forth from the gem!
A torrent of purple energy instantly poured into Tel-Rol's body.
"Ugh ah—!"
Tel-Rol let out a muffled grunt.
His entire body's golden aura began to flicker violently, and uncontrolled purple electric arcs furiously coursed through him.
This immense, primordial power was so vast that even he, a Super Saiyan, felt a shock.
He was being torn apart by this power!
Centered on him, the uncontrolled purple energy wildly unleashed itself in all directions.
The already disintegrating kree warship could no longer withstand the impact of this energy.
The colossal steel structure began to fall apart, and a violent explosion was brewing.
