Chapter 24 - 24

Kara's fist, carrying the wind, struck from the side of Tur-Ro's waist.

Facing the sneak attack from this angle, Tur-Ro's arrogant smile remained unfazed.

His body bent backward at an impossible angle.

Kara's fist narrowly grazed his nose, missing its mark.

What a quick reaction!

Kara was startled, and before she could retract her arm,

Tur-Ro, using the momentum of his bent posture, swung his right leg in a semicircle. His heel, whistling through the air, landed squarely on Kara's lower abdomen.

"Bang!"

A muffled thud.

Kara was sent flying like a kicked football, transforming into a golden meteor, and slammed heavily into an iceberg a hundred meters away.

Boom!

Half the iceberg collapsed.

Clark took a deep breath, his chest puffing out, then forcefully blew towards Tur-Ro.

A white cold current surged forth.

The moisture in the air instantly condensed; everything in its path was frozen solid.

Tur-Ro was just about to pursue Kara when he was completely enveloped by the cold current.

In the blink of an eye, he was frozen into a large block of ice, still maintaining his forward-charging posture.

Clark's figure appeared in front of the ice block the next second.

His fist, the size of a cooking pot, carried a sonic boom that tore through the air, and he slammed it down hard on Tur-Ro inside the ice block.

Just as Clark's fist was about to touch the ice layer,

Inside the ice block, a crisp "crack" sound was heard.

Countless fine cracks spread from within.

"Boom!"

A white aura exploded from Tur-Ro's body, directly shattering the thick ice layer.

"That's a good move, refreshing!"

Tur-Ro gave Clark a sly smile, and with a sidestep, easily dodged Clark's powerful punch.

At the same time, he drove his knee upwards.

Clark's punch missed, and he had no time to defend.

The knee struck him squarely in the abdomen.

"Ugh!"

Clark let out a muffled groan, his entire body arching upwards from the immense force, and he was sent flying backward.

Tur-Ro was about to chase after him to deliver another kick.

A scorching red ray shot out from the ruins of the iceberg below, aimed directly at his back.

Kara, having smashed through half an iceberg, flew out from within.

She hovered in mid-air, her eyes glowing red, her fury burning intensely.

Tur-Ro didn't even turn his head.

He swung his hand backward.

A solid white shockwave collided fiercely with the heat ray in mid-air.

"Sizzle—!"

The two energy forces stalemated in the air, emitting a piercing friction sound, and the air itself was distorted from the heat.

Kara gritted her teeth, increasing the output of her heat vision.

The red light briefly overpowered the white light.

"Hahahahaha! Now this is fun!"

Tur-Ro laughed heartily, also increasing his ki output.

The white shockwave suddenly thickened, pushing the red heat ray back.

That powerful energy, along with Kara, was fiercely pressed down onto the ice surface below.

Boom!

Kara created a large crater in the ice surface, pinned down by the energy and unable to move.

Tur-Ro pressed down with one hand, maintaining his energy suppression over Kara.

He was about to open his mouth to taunt her a few times.

A dark figure descended from the sky.

It was Clark.

He adjusted his posture and delivered a heavy punch from top to bottom, landing squarely on Tur-Ro's back.

"Pfft!"

Tur-Ro felt a sharp pain in his back, and his energy output was instantly interrupted.

He spat out a mouthful of blood, and his entire body slammed onto the ice surface.

Another giant crater.

The pressure on Kara's body suddenly decreased, and she quickly flew up.

Clark landed beside her, and they exchanged a glance, both with grave expressions.

This guy was even more troublesome than they had imagined.

In the deep pit, Tur-Ro wobbled as he flew up.

He wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth, and the smile on his face became even more maniacal.

"Not bad, cousin."

"You're much tougher than that guy who only knows how to run."

He knew in his heart that Clark's strength was indeed superior to his.

Adding Kara to the mix, two against one, he couldn't win.

But that wasn't his goal.

His figure flickered, and he quickly pulled away, creating distance.

He brought his hands together in front of his chest.

A heart-pounding energy began to gather.

A tiny speck of light appeared in his palm and, in just two short seconds, expanded wildly.

It eventually transformed into a massive white energy sphere with a diameter exceeding ten meters.

The sphere emanated an aura of destruction, and ripples appeared in the surrounding space.

Clark looked at the energy sphere, feeling the terrifying energy within it, enough to destroy this continent.

His face completely darkened.

"Do you want to destroy this planet?!" he roared.

Tur-Ro laughed maniacally.

"If it's destroyed, it's destroyed!"

"It's just a broken ball, what's the big deal!"

With that, he suddenly pushed his arms forward.

That giant energy sphere, carrying endless destructive power, slowly but irresistibly pushed towards Clark and Kara.

Clark gritted his teeth.

Without any hesitation, he charged towards the energy sphere.

"Clark!" Kara exclaimed.

Clark did not look back.

He used his shoulders and arms to firmly hold back the giant energy sphere.

The ice cap beneath his feet cracked inch by inch, and he was forced backward by the immense pushing force.

The two formed a terrifying stalemate in the air.

Clark used all his strength to protect the world behind him.

Tur-Ro poured all his strength into wanting to see everything before him turn to ash.

Just as Tur-Ro was about to increase his energy output again to completely overwhelm Clark,

A golden stream of light, at an unimaginable speed, swooped down from high above.

It was Kara, who had flown into the stratosphere and absorbed the sun's energy.

Her entire body radiated a dazzling golden light.

Her figure appeared at Tur-Ro's side.

She landed a heavy punch squarely on his left cheek.

"Bang!"

This punch condensed all of Kara's anger and the power of the sun.

Tur-Ro's head buzzed, his mind completely blank.

The giant energy sphere, having lost control, instantly became extremely unstable.

"Roar!"

Clark roared, using all his strength, pushing the out-of-control energy sphere out of the atmosphere.

In space, far from Earth, that energy sphere exploded with a bang.

On Earth.

Tur-Ro plummeted straight down from high altitude, smashing back onto the ice surface.

Boom!

The ice layer was shattered, and he fell into the bone-chilling sea water.

Clark and Kara slowly descended.

The battle was over.

A few seconds later, Tur-Ro, soaking wet, climbed out of the ice hole.

He lay on the broken ice, gasping for air, his chest heaving violently.

But he actually grinned and laughed.

He looked at Clark, and with all his strength, uttered a series of broken provocations.

"That was… a good fight…"

"I wonder how many punches your human friends can withstand?"

Clark's body stiffened.

Tur-Ro then turned his head to look at Kara, whose face was frosty with anger.

"And you, Kara…"

"What was the name of… your friend who runs a company?"

"If she… were in my hands… her expression would surely be quite something, wouldn't it?"

The air solidified.

The calm on Kara's face instantly vanished.

The next second, her figure appeared in front of Tur-Ro.

"Bang!"

A heavy punch landed squarely on his stomach.

Tur-Ro's body arched like a shrimp, and the smile he was about to make twisted into a grimace.

"Sorry, Clark!"

Kara's voice carried an uncontrollable fury.

"I can't hold back anymore!"

Clark watched Tur-Ro, who was doubled over and spitting out stomach acid from the punch, and did not stop her.

He just silently clenched his own fist and walked over as well.

Some younger brothers just need a good old-fashioned mixed-gender tag-team family lesson.
