Chapter 80 - Chapter 80: The Dragon God’s Proposal

The First Primogenitor fell silent for a moment after hearing Izumi's answer.

Was he… always this casual?

Just as he was about to say something else, Izumi cut him off with a sigh.

"Also, is it really okay to ask me this?"

"I can't represent all of humanity, you know."

"You should talk to other humans too."

"There's more than one strong human out there. Why pick me? What are you thinking—being silly onii-chan glue-brain?"

The First Primogenitor blinked… then unexpectedly laughed.

"It matters."

"Right now, you are the strongest human alive."

"There is no human comparable to you."

"And the others…"

He paused, glancing toward Le Fay Pendragon.

"Well… how should I put it…

Some don't care, and others simply dislike every other race."

He had once consulted Arthur Pendragon—but that man wasn't interested.

As for Cao Cao… pure extremist. He'd rather exterminate all vampires altogether.

That was why the First Primogenitor sought Izumi's thoughts.

Izumi rubbed his temples.

So he'd somehow become the "representative of humanity"?

What a pain.

He exhaled.

"Why not just research artificial blood?"

"If artificial humans are possible, artificial blood should be super easy."

"You don't have to drink human blood."

"It's not a matter of permission—it's a matter of effort."

"Asking me won't change anything."

"That's all I have to say. If that's it, I'm leaving."

He turned to go.

But—

"Wait—"

Crack.

Before the First Primogenitor could finish his words, the sky suddenly split open.

A fracture of space tore downward, and from within stepped a black-haired loli girl—floating gracefully.

Everyone froze, staring.

They didn't recognize her.

But the Three Primogenitors did.

Their faces paled instantly.

Izumi, meanwhile, wasn't surprised.

He had already foreseen this.

The girl was—

Ophis.

The Ouroboros Dragon.

Ophis hovered in the air, her quiet eyes sweeping the area.

Her gaze lingered on the Three Primogenitors before locking onto Izumi.

She sniffed the air softly.

Once she confirmed what she sensed, her eyes brightened faintly.

Without warning, she dropped from the sky—landing directly in front of Izumi.

Then she grabbed him by the collar and said, expressionless:

"Mate with me."

"Let us produce the strongest offspring."

What?

Izumi could only stare at her in pure confusion.

Meet for the first time, and immediately ask him to make a baby?

Did Ophis break?!

He frowned.

"Are you sure?"

"Do you even understand what you're saying?"

Behind him, Avrora, Koneko, Le Fay, Megumi, and the others stared at the two of them in stunned silence.

What was going on now?

When did he recruit another loli?

Megumi felt her soul leaving her body.

Another one? Again? How is she supposed to play this game?

Ophis nodded sternly.

"Thou and I are the same kind."

"If we unite, the strongest dragon species shall be born."

"With such power, defeating that man becomes possible."

Izumi had no idea where to begin retorting.

The Three Primogenitors, meanwhile, trembled violently.

Why was she here?!

Why was she asking Izumi to produce a child?!

Did they overhear something they shouldn't have?

Were they about to be silenced!?

Ophis opened her mouth again—but the First Primogenitor anxiously cut in:

"Izumi-kun, next time perhaps we can—"

"You disturbed me."

Ophis's monotone voice sliced through his words.

Izumi had half a second to process it.

Then—

Ophis casually clenched her hand.

The space surrounding the Three Primogenitors shattered instantly.

Before they could scream, the fragment of space containing them was ripped out of reality.

A moment later—

they were flung away, violently, thousands of kilometers across the world.

Gone.

Just like that.

Even Izumi stared in shock.

Since when was Ophis this aggressive?!

The scene shifted—

Far over the Pacific Ocean.

BOOM!

The sea exploded as a rent in space tore open.

The three most powerful vampires in existence tumbled out in a chaotic heap.

Blood sprayed from their lips.

A casual flick from Ophis had nearly killed them.

Hovering weakly in the air, they exchanged miserable looks.

The First Primogenitor wiped the blood from his mouth.

"We're terribly unlucky."

"That human is far more terrifying than expected…"

"To think he could attract Ophis's direct appearance…"

"We need to reconsider everything."

The other two Primogenitors could only laugh bitterly.

What had they done to deserve this?

They hadn't even said anything!

They wanted to cry.

Back at Saikai Academy—

No one could have predicted Ophis's sudden arrival.

Or that she came specifically for Izumi.

Or that the Three Primogenitors would be obliterated emotionally and physically.

Even the hidden observers around the area were speechless.

Who was this loli?

Why was she so overwhelmingly powerful?

Why could the Three Primogenitors not even resist?!

Meanwhile, Ophis simply stared at Izumi with her usual unblinking gaze.

Izumi rubbed his forehead.

He had foreseen her arrival, but not this scenario.

Especially not the "mate and make the strongest dragon baby" part.

And somehow, Ophis knew about his dragon bloodline too.

He had many questions—but now wasn't the time to ask.

"Follow me first," Izumi said.

"This isn't the place to talk. We'll go back home."

Ophis tilted her head, then nodded.

She walked straight up, grabbed Izumi's hand tightly—

as if afraid he would escape halfway.

Izumi sighed deeply.

Megumi, Le Fay, Avrora, and the others watched with wide eyes.

They didn't know who Ophis was.

But from her actions alone, one thing was clear—

This girl came specifically for Izumi.

And she was not leaving without him.
