"Don't be afraid. With me here, they won't be able to do anything," Vegeta said calmly, reassuring Bulma.
"They're just five ants. They pose no threat to you."
Then he glanced at the elites standing beside him and added coldly.
"The same goes for all of you. Remember this—times have changed. The Frieza Force is a thing of the past. From now on, you serve only me."
After three days of interaction, these people had already become fairly loyal—to both Vegeta and Bulma.
As long as they didn't betray him, Vegeta had no intention of killing them.
They were useful, and the current Vegeta no longer had an uncontrollable urge to slaughter everyone in sight.
Under Vegeta's protection, the elites quickly gathered together.
They knew the Ginyu Force all too well. That group had never treated them as equals, only barking orders and trampling over them.
Once Vegeta's protection was gone, anyone who had betrayed Frieza would be on the Ginyu Force's kill list.
They would die without question.
"You… you'll step in if things go wrong, right?" Bulma grabbed Vegeta's arm tightly. "If Krillin and Gohan can't beat them…"
One was her first traveling companion, and the other was Goku's son. She absolutely didn't want anything bad to happen to either of them.
Vegeta nodded slightly. "Don't worry. With their current strength, even if they can't win, they won't be killed easily. Ginyu's battle power is around 120,000.
He won't personally attack opponents with only 40,000. Most likely, he'll let his subordinates handle Krillin and Gohan."

On the nearby island.
As the hatch of the spaceship opened, Captain Ginyu stepped out first, followed closely by Jeice, Burter, Recoome, and Guldo.
"We've finally arrived! What a desolate planet," Ginyu said, stretching his limbs.
"Just like the data said. Hard to believe a place like this has Dragon Balls that can grant wishes."
He then noticed the massive spaceship on the adjacent island and grinned.
"Let's go. This time, we'll show Lord Frieza our newly rehearsed entrance pose. It'll definitely amaze him."
With that, Ginyu flew up, and the other four followed without hesitation.
Due to limited information, they had no idea that Frieza was already dead—killed by Vegeta himself.
The five landed swiftly in front of Frieza's spaceship.
The moment they touched down, they loudly shouted their names and struck their signature entrance poses.
Then Ginyu declared proudly, "The Ginyu Force… has arrived!"
They put on a full performance.
Yet after a long moment, there was no response.
A cold wind blew past, emphasizing the awkward silence.
Only then did the five finally start observing their surroundings.
Lord Frieza was nowhere to be seen.
Instead, they saw familiar faces—the elite personnel assigned to the ship—and… Vegeta.
There was also a woman standing beside him.
On the other side stood a bald man, a young boy, and a young Namekian.
"Hmph hmph~! Shouldn't we be getting some applause?" Ginyu said arrogantly, hands on his hips.
"This routine took a lot of effort to perfect. Especially you, little Vegeta—since you're here, shouldn't you clap for us?"
Ginyu had always been Frieza's strongest warrior.
He even mimicked many of Frieza's habits, including his tone and manner of speaking.
Vegeta didn't respond. He simply watched Ginyu with a cold sneer.
In his original memories, he had been mocked and humiliated by the Ginyu Force.
Back then, because he wasn't strong enough, Vegeta always kept a low profile around them, trying to avoid trouble.
But even so, he was still targeted and ridiculed whenever they felt like it.
The old Vegeta didn't just dislike the Ginyu Force—he feared them.
But that was the past.
The current Vegeta saw them as nothing more than clowns.
After killing Frieza—the one who had exploited and humiliated him—his resentment had already been washed away.
Even if the Ginyu Force had insulted him before, he no longer cared.
Why would someone at his level bother arguing with ants?
Mocking them now would only cheapen himself.
Seeing no reaction from Vegeta, Ginyu frowned. His four subordinates grew impatient, spewing insults as they began walking toward the spaceship.
"So they say you defected, Vegeta? And now you're back again?"
"No surprise. Saiyan monkeys are all the same."
"Only one or two thousand power level, right?"
"You should be grateful you're loyal to Lord Frieza again, Vegeta. Otherwise, you'd die horribly."
"I don't even know what Lord Frieza ever saw in you. He should've killed you long ago."

The five still hadn't realized that something was terribly wrong.
It was Ginyu who finally noticed the strange glint in Vegeta's eyes—and the icy stares of everyone else.
A chill ran down his spine.
With suspicion creeping into his voice, he asked the elites who had always followed Frieza, "Are you all mute? Where is Lord Frieza?"
No one answered.
The silence grew even heavier.
Just as Ginyu was about to explode, Vegeta finally spoke.
"That's enough. You really are fools not to have realized it by now. Let me tell you something—Frieza has already been dealt with. By me."
The five members of the Ginyu Force froze at the same time, disbelief written all over their faces.
Then Burter burst out laughing.
The next moment, all of them erupted into loud laughter.
"Puhahaha! You're hilarious, Vegeta!"
"You're saying you killed Lord Frieza?"
"Alright, alright—Lord Frieza must be testing us!"
"That's right, he must be watching from somewhere!"
"Vegeta, you've really outdone yourself this time!"
"I can't take it anymore—your expression almost made it sound real!"
One after another, they laughed uncontrollably.
After all, they knew exactly how terrifying Frieza was.
How could Vegeta possibly defeat him?
Vegeta didn't care. He simply continued watching them in silence, curious to see how long they would keep acting like idiots.
On the other side, Krillin and Gohan were already on full alert.
They quietly told Dende to find an opportunity to retreat to Vegeta's side.
As for them—
They would make their move when the moment was right.
