As Zenos fell, the two, Reynolds, the sixth rank, and Rasper, the fourth, were just split from the second, Moovrin.
Even when they were just about to fight, Moovrin had stopped them, holding both their arms into the sky, as his gaze darkened.
"We're comrades, look at you guys, what are you doing?" Moovrin asked, angered by their stupidity at a moment like this, "Stop this at once!"
And just like that, each of them put their weapons back, obediantely, without any further excuse. Although Rasper and Reynolds averted their gazes from each other, not once did they believe their own opinions were one-sided. However, out of two, one of them has to be in the wrong.
"Listen up," Chris looked back, then stepped forward, moving an inch closer to Zenos, "Say what you came here to say, and leave right after, we're running out of time."
"Finally," Zenos mumbled, his grin widening.
