It's said that Humans, Demons, and spirits have been in constant war to claim and widen their territories in Htrae. Vulther Mancuff the III, who until this day dwells between everyone's thoughts, was there to stop that war and break it into four realms, dying the next day. Soon, each race created a mutual contract with the other, bringing peace to every land. That same man created another realm, up above, to observe the world and keep peace upon every land.
They were named 'The Dream Realm.' Vulther, who separated the world of Htrae into four realms, was considered to be a 'dreamer.' Dreamers are beings who exist above, in the realm of dreams. The Dream Realm is a realm of creation, where nothing remains unchanged. Whoever inhabits the kingdom above is considered Gods. Gods are powerful enough to destroy cities in a flick, having every other realm comply with any task they ask of them to do.
In Htrae, there exist abilities, such as systems, which empower the user to achieve limitless strength. Systems are what provide powers to the Demon Realm, while the human realm can't gain access to that strength, the spirit realm helps them enable other abilities. After a new emperor was appointed king, Liam Lionheart, the Spirit Realm became pure evil; their new complete intention became to take over the Gods reigning above.
Spirits didn't like the idea that the Dream Realm governed their world; they believed they were much more than those Gods, and they believed they deserved immortal strength.
Now, with the spirits aiming to gain unheard of power to rise over the Gods, they team up with the human realm to take over Htrae. While all this occurs, the Demon realm catches sight of these hideous crimes and reports it to the Dream realm instantaneously, surprised that they still haven't caught sight of what's happening.
But those Gods simply state they don't view any suspicious activity and ban them from telling more 'lies.'
And there lay a child, Zylus Elwis, who had been through rough times all his life. But now he seeks strength more than ever to exact revenge.
