A bat Zoan user from the Gifters Corps shouted excitedly as he soared above Onigashima.
The moment the words "no usage limit" hit the air, the entire island erupted into chaos.
Hundreds of Beasts Pirates dropped what they were doing and stampeded toward the research division.
"What's the Lord Consort made this time?"
"Who cares? If it's from him, it'll be amazing!"
"You heard the bat—everyone can use it! That's all that matters!"
"Yeah, last time the Mutant Cells nearly killed half of us who didn't have Zoan bodies. Finally, something for us!"
They ran like their lives depended on it. Even the lowest deckhands had one dream—to grow stronger.
Meanwhile, Kaido had already transformed into his massive Azure Dragon form, spiraling through the air with thunderous force. He landed beside the research building in an instant, accompanied by the Three Calamities, the Tobi Roppo, and countless subordinates trailing behind.
"My dear son-in-law!" Kaido's laughter boomed across the island as he reverted to human form. "So, the Gravity Room is finished already?"
"Yes," Luo Xing replied with a polite nod. "Page One's about to test it."
Kaido's eyes gleamed with barely contained excitement. He couldn't hide the grin stretching across his face. Sometimes, he thought, the smartest thing I ever did was marrying my daughter off to this man.
But Luo Xing glanced behind Kaido—at the sea of pirates crowding the lab—and chuckled.
"Too many people. The lab's going to burst. Let's take it outside."
He had the Gifters haul the Triple-Gravity Chamber into the open field, while Queen carried another of Luo Xing's recent gadgets—the Battle Power Scanner.
"You're telling me this little box can measure power?" Queen's eyes sparkled. "Then I'm first!"
He wound up a meaty fist and slammed it into the scanner.

Queen's grin spread across his whole face. "Heh! Even the number sounds lucky!"
"Hey, Fire Boy," he taunted, turning to King, "Let's see if you can top that!"
King said nothing, stepping forward with calm precision.
Beep!

Queen froze. His grin twitched. "…Tch."
Then he sidled up to Luo Xing and whispered:
"So, uh… about those Dragon-Class Mutant Cells you mentioned—when are you making them?"
"Soon," Luo Xing said smoothly. "And you'll be the first to have one."
Queen's mood flipped instantly. "Knew I liked you, Lord Consort!"
The scanner quickly became the crowd's favorite toy.
The Tobi Roppo tested next—most scored between 7000 and 8000.
The Gifters ranked from 1000 to 4000, depending on their animal genes.
The unenhanced grunts barely hit a few hundred, and the weakest didn't even break 50.
Laughter and cheering filled the field—until Kaido's shadow loomed.
The giant emperor cracked his knuckles and punched the scanner.
The screen trembled before spitting out a number that made everyone's jaws drop.

For a moment, the only sound was the ocean breeze.
Then came the chorus of awe.
"Incredible! As expected of Kaido-sama!"
"Not even close—he's a monster!"
Even Luo Xing couldn't help but click his tongue.
The strongest creature, indeed.
In the canon timeline, that same strength would someday lose to the so-called Sun God's fruit.
What a joke, Luo Xing thought coldly.
"Don't worry, my dear father-in-law. As long as I'm here, you'll never fall to anyone again. Once I complete the God-Class Mutant Cell, even the Sun God himself will kneel."
He despised the idea of destiny.
If the world decided that a "chosen fruit" would shape history—then he'd rewrite that history with his own hands.
When the excitement calmed, Page One stepped into the Gravity Room as the Beasts Pirates watched with bated breath.
"Be careful in there," Luo Xing reminded him. "The gravity's three times normal. Don't push it too far."
Page One waved it off. "I'll be fine! I'm not some weakling!"
He took a single step inside—
—and his legs instantly buckled.
Thud!
The crowd gawked.
"Whoa!"
"He went down in one step!"
Queen blurted, "Damn, Lord Consort—did you eat a Gravity Fruit or something?!"
Even King and Jack were stunned.
Jack, who had fought Page One before, frowned deeply.
If that brute couldn't withstand it, the chamber's pressure was beyond terrifying.
"Hrrraaagh!"
Page One roared, face red with strain. With a thunderous growl, he shifted into his hybrid Spinosaurus form and slowly, painfully forced himself upright.
"That's it, kid!" Ulti shouted proudly. "Show them what my little brother's made of!"
He managed to stand for fifteen full minutes before staggering out, drenched in sweat and trembling like a newborn calf.
One by one, the others took turns inside—Calamities, Tobi Roppo, even some Gifters.
Each emerged pale, shaking, yet exhilarated.
"I'm convinced!" Queen gasped. "You actually made gravity itself bend to your will! Is there anything you can't invent?!"
Kaido himself entered last. The triple gravity hardly slowed him at all.
Luo Xing explained calmly:
"The longer you endure inside, the greater the growth. When you think you've improved, test yourself again on the scanner."
The idea spread like wildfire.
Kaido's army, already obsessed with strength, now had a training method that could make them stronger every single day.
Kaido's laughter shook the skies.
"Bwahaha! With this, my army's power will soar endlessly! Once they're strong enough to handle more Mutant Cells, their power will explode again! HAHAHA!"
Every roar from his chest felt like thunder rolling across the island.
"Son-in-law!" he bellowed, slapping Luo Xing's shoulder so hard the ground cracked. "Build as many Gravity Rooms as you can!"
"Well…" Luo Xing said delicately, "each one costs around thirty million Berries—"
"Money?" Kaido cut him off, roaring with laughter. "You think money is a problem?! We robbed the Heavenly Tribute once—what's stopping us from robbing it again?"
Luo Xing could only smile, shaking his head.
Once you rob once… it gets easier the second time.
