I packed my bags happily as I was about leaving this old boring town... Greentown. My mom had literally exhausted my name with the number of times she called me. Linda !!! The room echoed as my mom screamed my name for the three hundredth time.
Aghhh.... mom what the hell do u want now, the time isn't waiting for you to do your makeup child so u better hurry up, like I even even wear makeup I said as I stormed into the basement.
While picking up some items I mistakenly kicked a dusty box which was just by the side, I picked it up and opened it to see a strange woman who was holding me (when I was a baby) in her arms like I was her child.
I looked at some other pictures to see my another with same woman both holding me together in their arms behind the picture was a handwriting in a totally different language which I couldn't even understand, I picked up another and saw an English handwriting this time with the word "saviour's Grove pathway". It was a weird and unfamiliar name and by the side was written Linda key, I couldn't understand anything about the pictures or the writing's, I stared blankly when...
"Linda your dad is here better get down here now" my mom startled me once again, I hurriedly picked the pictures into my luggage as I rushed downstairs.
Am ready now, finally... baby let's go, the jackers will handle the rest. After what felt like hours on the trip we arrived at our new city. Castride city a place of wonders and magic....well, so I've heard.
we got to a moderate house where my aunt was already waiting for us, I got out of the car and ran inside with excitement.

And what the hell is lepto aunt.... you can't tell me you haven't heard of lepto, my aunt said, our chat was interrupted by my mom screaming my name... Linda !!! oh my Goodness dad can you please tell your wife to let me breath for a minute, my dad laughed and told my aunt to give me a tour round the city.
Finally a way to get out of this grumpy woman's hair... I mumbled to myself, at that I grabbed my phone and pulled my aunt along as I left the house, we walked for a while and she showed me different places like the mall, the city's top library and was also implying that I get into a particular school called "Grand high", I took her offer as I was already on the edge about my new school. After a long walk we got to a weird and old statue in the park, it's face already disfigured, Aunt Nancy told me it was the town's hero who was the one who actually made this city the so called "city of magic", Nancy told me that her name was Ally, the first girl to master the act of magic after strange disappearance started happening in the city, she did this to protect her family but ended up saving the whole town by creating a barrier, but something happened during her big save and she was cursed by a man who nobody could find or remember. And the curse had followed her and her generation, what's the curse I asked curiously.
"it is said that who so ever is born as a girl descendant of ally in every 12 years gets the magical powers of ally and gets to fight a war which will determine her's and her family's life". I laughed loudly as I looked at my auntie serious face, hold on wait a sec and you believe this shit right. I said as I laughed louder, please let's go home am tired.... I said this as I walked through the park, my aunt looked at the statue once more and took a deep breath before following me home.
