Goku didn't hesitate for a single second upon hearing Blake's condition. His mind was entirely consumed by the need to resurrect Krillin.
His golden ki aura exploded outward once again. The already fragmented terrain around him began to violently cave in, as loose debris defied gravity, floating upward before being pulverized by his rampant energy.
Goku dropped into the classic Turtle School fighting stance. He didn't underestimate Blake simply because he looked like a young man. His Super Saiyan instincts were screaming at him that this individual was extremely dangerous.
"Here I come!" Goku shouted.
He stomped down, leaving a crater in his wake as he vanished entirely from his spot, leaving not even an afterimage behind. His speed was so fast it eclipsed the visual tracking limits of both Akainu and Kaido. Kaido's eyes widened, pushing his Observation Haki to its absolute maximum, yet he could only catch the faintest blur.
"So fast!" Kaido exclaimed in shock.
In the very next instant, Goku appeared directly above Blake's head. With both hands clenched into fists, he hammered down with star-crushing momentum straight toward Blake's skull. Before the punch even landed, the sheer wind pressure caused the rock beneath Blake to collapse into a massive crater.
Blake didn't look up. He didn't even raise a hand. An invisible barrier simply manifested above him—a flawless defense born from the fusion of Armament Haki and Yin-Yang Release.
Boom!
Goku's dual fists smashed heavily into the barrier. The deafening impact echoed across all of Planet Namek. A circular shockwave erupted outward, instantly shearing off the peaks of several distant active volcanoes. Yet, the ground directly beneath Blake's feet remained completely untouched; not a single speck of dust was disturbed.
Goku felt as though he had slammed into an insurmountable, towering wall. The intense recoil left his arms completely numb. Refusing to pause, he used the rebound to flip backward in mid-air, launching a torrential volley of kicks at Blake. Every strike was backed by his full Super Saiyan strength, causing the air itself to detonate with continuous, explosive roars.
Finally, Blake moved. Raising his right hand, he pressed his index and middle fingers together and casually tapped the empty air twice. Through his pinnacle-tier Observation Haki, he had already read every single trajectory. His fingertips landed with pinpoint accuracy on Goku's ankle and knee.
Goku felt an utterly irresistible force surge through him. Stripped of his balance, he was launched backward, crashing violently into a pile of rubble hundreds of meters away and kicking up a massive cloud of dust.
Akainu swallowed hard. Watching Blake's casual, effortless movements, the shock in his heart defied description. The Super Saiyan who had battered them without breaking a sweat was now being treated like a toddler learning to walk.
"Is this the Boss's true power?" Doflamingo muttered, wiping cold sweat from his forehead as he hid behind his rock. He felt incredibly fortunate that he hadn't insulted Blake out of despair earlier.
A blinding golden light erupted from the ruins. Goku rocketed back into the sky. His martial arts gi was torn to shreds, but the fighting spirit burning in his eyes had only grown more fanatical.
"So strong." Goku wiped a trail of blood from the corner of his mouth. "Just how exactly do you train?"
Blake shrugged nonchalantly. "Eat well, sleep a lot. The power just comes naturally."
Goku blinked. He clearly didn't understand the dismissive joke. But he did know that close-quarters combat was useless here. He cupped his hands tightly at his waist, a brilliant blue light rapidly converging in his palms.
"KA! ME! HA! ME! HA!" Goku roared. He poured every single drop of his Super Saiyan energy into this attack. A colossal blue energy beam, over a hundred meters in diameter, surged forward. The beam warped space itself, instantly vaporizing any magma in its path. Planet Namek's already failing core rapidly accelerated toward total collapse under the attack's shockwaves.
Kaido and Akainu's expressions shifted drastically. They knew the sheer terror of this technique; Frieza had been erased by something very similar just moments ago.
Blake stood his ground as the towering blue light barreled toward him. He didn't dodge, nor did he assume any defensive stance. He simply extended his right arm forward, palm open.
A pitch-black Truth-Seeking Orb materialized in his palm. The orb instantly expanded, morphing into a solid black circular shield.
Boom!
The Kamehameha crashed fully into the Truth-Seeking Shield, its rampant energy thrashing to tear through the defense. However, the Truth-Seeking Orb was a manifestation of Shinra Bansho, woven from Yin, Yang, and the five elements. Capable of neutralizing any ninjutsu, it was equally adept at absorbing and dissolving pure energy.
The moment the blue pillar struck the black shield, it was like mud sinking into the sea. There was no explosion, no shockwave. The energy was swallowed up entirely in absolute silence.
Goku remained frozen in his thrusting posture, paralyzed. He could feel his ki bleeding away uncontrollably—it wasn't being blocked, it was being entirely siphoned off.
"How is this possible!?" Goku cried out in shock.
Blake lowered his hand, and the black shield condensed back into a small orb, hovering quietly behind him. "Not bad," he offered in appraisal.
Taking a single step forward, space folded beneath Blake's feet. In the very next second, he stood directly in front of Goku.
Goku's pupils constricted sharply. He tried to retreat, but his body couldn't match his brain's reaction speed. Blake extended one finger and tapped Goku lightly on the forehead.
"Eighty Gods Vacuum Attack."
An invisible shockwave of chakra blasted outward from Blake's fingertip. This force bypassed Goku's physical body entirely, striking directly at his ki network and meridians.
The golden aura surrounding Goku flickered violently once, and then, like a snuffed candle, it extinguished completely. His spiked, golden hair fell flat, returning to its natural black hue, while his emerald eyes reverted to their original dark color.
He had been forcibly knocked out of his Super Saiyan state.
Feeling as if every drop of power had been vacuumed out of him, Goku's legs gave out, and he dropped to one knee. Panting heavily, sweat pouring down his face, he couldn't summon the strength to lift a single finger. The gap was simply too vast. This wasn't even a battle on the same dimensional plane.
Blake looked down at him. He didn't press the attack; the fight was already over. In his mind, Blake silently analyzed the brief exchange. Goku's current combat power was roughly 150 million—the standard benchmark for a Super Saiyan 1. Meanwhile, Blake hadn't even used a tenth of his own power, effortlessly crushing Goku using only basic Yin-Yang Release and taijutsu.
If he were to go all out, unleashing his Otsutsuki godhood, his peak Haki, and his elemental powers, Blake estimated his strength would rival a Super Saiyan 3 from the Dragon Ball universe, perhaps even touching the threshold of the gods. At this point in the timeline, long before Cell even existed, he was completely invincible.
"You lost," Blake stated calmly, pulling himself from his thoughts.
Goku managed a bitter smile. Looking up at Blake, he nodded. "I lost. I wasn't even strong enough to make you fight seriously." While Saiyans were naturally combative, they also knew how to accept defeat gracefully. Yet, the thought of failing to revive Krillin caused his eyes to dim with sorrow.
Seeing the despondent look on Goku's face, Blake reached into his inventory. He casually tossed the Dragon Balls onto the ground in front of Goku, the orbs bouncing against the rock with a sharp, clacking sound.
Goku froze. He stared at the Dragon Balls in sheer disbelief, then looked back up at Blake. "What does this mean?" he asked. "I lost. These are your spoils of war."
Blake let out another yawn. "I told you, I have zero interest in making wishes to an overgrown green worm. They're just souvenirs to me. Since you want them so badly, consider them a gift."
Naturally, Blake wasn't going to mention that the Namekian Dragon Balls required the Namekian language to work. He certainly didn't have the free time to learn an alien dialect. Moreover, this planet was going to detonate in a matter of minutes. If they didn't leave now, they wouldn't even have a place to summon the dragon anyway.
Overjoyed, Goku hurriedly gathered the Dragon Balls from the ground. "Thank you! My name is Son Goku! If I ever get the chance, I'll definitely challenge you again!" he declared, the fighting spirit reigniting in his eyes.
Blake waved him off. "Blake. And you better hurry. This planet has three minutes left before it explodes, at most."
