The man slowly turned into an Inhuman monster. What should I even call that thing? Its face was completely distorted,his face became almost the exact same the man in painting The scream by van goh.His face turned from a pale white tone to a worried blood red.
His hand turned into some sort of whip flopping around the entire room.His eyes vanished from his eye socket.

It kept repeating those words.I tried to remain as calm as possible but having things from horror movies animate infront of you would make even the strongest man in the world scared.
'There has to be a gun around here.',i thought to myself.It was natural.Someone would be classified as insane if they lived in a remote area and not have a gun to shoot down wild animals.Still there weren't a lot of spottings of wild animals here so i doubt he would have a gun here.

I saw the double barrel shotgun at the corner of my room.Would a gun even work on a creature like him?I had no option but to try.

'bullseye'.I hit the creature in the head with the bullets of the shotgun.That thing's head was no longer to be seen.The was blood everywhere in the room,from the floor,to the celling,to my friend still passed out,to my clothes.
I rushed to my friends to wake them up.There was no way i was running away alone without my friends.

"Tom, you're finally awake!",i screamed in excitement.That experience with the moster was terrifying enough to make a grown man cry.I just need to have one more friend to wake up and then we can carry the rest of the people on our backs down the mountain.We weren't that high in the cave so it shouldn't take that long.
I explained tom what had just happened.If it wasn't for the blood all over him and the dead body next to me he would've just thought that I was hallucinating.
We decided to barricade the doors so nothing can come from outside.

Everyone was still unconscious,expect me and Tom.We decided to just eat something that we brought.Then,I heard footsteps.
"Whose there.",i panicked.Still getting flashbacks to that creature.I loaded the shotgun and slowly went neer the area where I heard the sound.It was near the steps of the basement.I was extremely scared but I needed to go there.If another monster were to come up like that old man.All of us would be dead in 5 seconds Max.
"Good night."
I turned as fast as I could towards that voice that said 'good night'.all I saw was a metal pipe hitting my head.
