Chapter 51 - Chapter 49 - Early Birds

AGHH! GRRR!

"Kekekekk... kill... killll... AAGHHHH!!"

RUMBLE! RUMBLLEE!! CCRIINNCHHH!

"AAAAAAAA!!!"

"Tsk!"

A man drenched in sweat, clenching his hand tightly, opened his eyes abruptly. His forehead was creased with a deep frown, his eyes were bloodshot red, his head throbbed with pain, and he was breathing heavily like he'd just run for miles.

"Tsk! Tsk!" He clicked his tongue in annoyance as he looked beside him and saw two peaceful-looking beauties sleeping soundly. He kept looking at them with growing irritation until slowly he got up and stood beside the bed, his muscles tense.

"AGGHH!!!" He clutched his face, rubbing it roughly in frustration as if trying to scrub away the lingering images from his nightmare. "AA! This is getting annoying! Why do I keep feeling this way?"

He walked over to the table with heavy steps and downed a glass of water in one go. Slowly, his breathing steadied, the cool liquid helping to calm the storm inside him. As he turned toward the window, his eyes caught the faint glow of light stretching along the horizon, and bit by bit, he began to calm down.

Suddenly, he heard a soft, tired voice breaking through the silence. "Big Brother Zack, you woke up already?"

"YAAWWNNNN!!"

The girl woke up, rubbing her eyes sleepily as she quietly slipped out of bed, careful not to disturb the other girl and the small animal curled beside her. She climbed down carefully and shuffled toward Zack with half-closed eyes, mumbling in a drowsy voice,

"Big Brother Zack… uwwwahhh… I have to go practice. How can I go like this with my hair all sticky?"

She reached out and touched his fingers gently, holding onto him to keep herself from swaying as drowsiness threatened to pull her back to sleep.

Zack smiled warmly, his expression softening as he looked at her. He took another glass of water and made her drink some. "Little princess, don't be so perfect all the time. You look great. We'll go and pour some sweat out, then take a bath. Even if someone sees, then it's okay—you look cute always."

Zack patted her oil-covered head gently, his touch affectionate.

GULP GULP, she drank the water sweetly, her throat working as the cool liquid went down.

"Hmmm, fine, fine! If you say so, I'll change, so wait for me here." Little princess, now slightly more awake and energized, went to change into her training outfit.

Zack smiled as he came toward the woman still sleeping peacefully. He gently touched her hair, tucking it behind her ears with careful movements, and whispered softly, "Good morning, Natlia."

Zack smiled mischievously as he poked her cheeks playfully, but she didn't even show any reaction, her breathing steady and calm. Zack happily poked her a few more times until little princess came back, and then they went together.

As they got closer to the palace training ground, more people could be seen moving about, preparing for the day ahead.

"Hey there, little princess! What do we have here? It looks like you had quite a massage! Hehe, I know a special technique my mother taught me—next time, make sure to call me! Hehe!" One guard happily flaunted his skill while demonstrating on another guard's head.

"Don't listen to him, little princess! His rough hands will destroy your hair! I have special aromatic oil that could even smell so nice—it will help you sleep well!" Another female guard came forward and said to her enthusiastically.

"Tsk! Tsk! What will you do with smell? I have the one taken from an old woman! She said with this, your hair will grow longer in a few days, and even bald people can grow one! Hehe, I'll give you one!" A bald guard came forward and told her proudly, patting his shiny head.

Listening to all this, little princess laughed happily. "Hahaha! What's with you guys?" She smiled a lot, thinking warmly that no one said anything about how she looked.

She grabbed Zack's arm happily and swayed front and back as she skipped and jumped cheerfully, going to the training ground with Zack, her earlier tiredness completely forgotten.

After reaching the training grounds, Zack and little princess worked out intensely for a while as the sun slowly rose above the horizon, painting the sky with warm colors. Then they heard several footsteps approaching and saw many people coming inside.

Little princess's eyes sharpened immediately as she ran toward them with concern.

"Alfie! Big Brother Oliver! Are you okay? Why have you come so early now? Don't tell me you want to exercise! What are you thinking? Kyaaaa, so many wounds!

TAAKK! TAAKK!

What were you thinking, both of you?!"

Little princess came rushing over and checked both of their wounds carefully while slapping their arms in frustration, her worry evident.

"We're fine, don't worry! Big Sister Sasha healed us, so we can still move a little. And I want to show you my battle scars!" Alfie said proudly, puffing out his chest with a wide grin. "Hehe, I killed a lot of them and only got a few small wounds—aren't I amazing, Little Princess?"

TAKK!

He was slapped again, but this time on the head.

"What nonsense are you talking about? Don't ever do that again! And you too, Brother Oliver!" the Little Princess scolded firmly, hitting him once more as she kept shouting with genuine concern.

"Yes, yes, I heard you," Oliver replied calmly, his voice soothing. He gently turned her around by guiding her head and nudged her forward. "Now come on, my beautiful sister, let's go."

He paused, felt his fingers and sniffing the air curiously. "Hmm? What's this—oil?" He clicked his tongue disapprovingly. "Tsk, tsk. My beautiful hair doesn't need such stupid things."

Oliver flipped his hair dramatically with exaggerated flair, then winced slightly as pain shot through his body from the sudden movement.

"Hmm, Brother Oliver, you will go bald if you keep doing this," Big Guy came from behind, carrying a sleeping Gloomy on his shoulder like a sack.

Seeing Gloomy like that, Oliver roared in annoyance, "This guy! He wakes up so many times at night—sometimes eating something, sometimes just staring outside like a creep, sometimes wandering the hallway like a ghost and scaring my people half to death—and now look at him, sleeping like a rag!"

Gloomy, however, showed no reaction at all, continuing to sleep peacefully without a care in the world.

Big Guy came forward and gently placed Gloomy on a bench beside the training ground with care, then came to the middle where everyone was gathered.

"So do some light exercise—don't open up your wounds," Zack simply said as he kept doing his stuff, his tone casual but firm.

Everyone nodded in understanding as they started doing light exercises, with little princess making sure both of them didn't go overboard, buzzing around them like a protective jumpy animal.

.

.

"Yaawwnnnn!!! Hey, wake up, little Sio! Let's practice!" A strong grip made Sio lift up in the air as her feet dragged on the ground.

"Aaahh!! Big Sister Fia, I'm still hurting! Don't drag me away like thiss!!" Sio shouted, complaining loudly.

"Shut up! Can't even beat some thugs? Today you have to become fifty percent more stronger—come with me!" Fia ordered firmly, her voice leaving no room for argument.

"Aggh! Fine, fine! But what about those two? Wake them up also!!" Sio pointed toward Maren and Sasha, who were sleeping like logs. Maren had one leg above Sasha's tummy, who was frowning in her sleep from the weight.

"Those two... sighhh, leave them. They're lazy like Gloomy when it comes to exercise." Fia shook her head in resignation and came outside, where she saw Miss Emmy already up and doing some yoga stretching gracefully.

Seeing them, Emmy nodded and said warmly, "Good morning, both of you!"

"Oh, Emmy! Good morning!" Fia just casually nodded and started doing some warm-up exercises, rolling her shoulders.

"Big Sissteerr EMMYYY! See, Sister Fia is making me do so much hard work so early in the morning!" Sio came rushing over and hugged Emmy tightly, who barely saved herself from falling down backward.

"Geez, easy, Sio! It's okay, take it easy. Why are you making her do it? She's hurt, you know?" Emmy patted Sio's head gently as Sio nodded in agreement, seeking sympathy.

Fia smiled knowingly and came forward. "Why? The boys are more hurt, but they're still probably working out in the palace. If you keep dandling like this, then you can't catch up, hehe."

Fia bent down and touched Sio's hair, whispering in a teasing voice close to her ear, "BIG GUY LIKES STRONG WOMEN, YOU KNOW!" Fia teased her, smirking mischievously.

"AAHH!! Agh, fine, fine! I will do it!" Sio roared, her face flushing red as she started doing exercises with renewed determination.

Fia stood up and saw a frozen Emmy, her face completely blank. "Hmm, what? Are you worried about Oliver? Then why not go and check on him?" Fia winked playfully and turned around.

"Huh? What? Why would I want to do that, you muscle-head woman?!" Emmy also roared defensively and started doing her yoga stretching, but you could clearly see her speed increased a lot to finish her set quickly.

Fia smiled knowingly while looking at her reaction and started practicing her own routine.

.

.

"Huff! Huff! Aggh! Hey, don't throw your sweat here!"

"Ouch! Hey, slow down!"

TANG! TANG!

Lots of noise sounded from where Zack and the others were practicing intensely.

"Ara, so much energy early in the morning!" the Queen said softly as she watched her children training below, smiling to herself from the hallway above. She observed them for a while, her expression warm and proud.

"Hm… looks like one of them is still sleeping." Her gaze shifted toward a particular room, and with that thought, she began walking in that direction with graceful steps.

But suddenly, a maid came out of nowhere and stood behind the Queen respectfully.

"Hmm, my dear Emmy, why are you here so early?"

"Queen, I took a leave yesterday early, so I came here early. I will help you with waking up the princess, then I will make sure she goes there and works out with her friends." Maid Emmy swiftly spoke with some sweat dripping down from her forehead, her breathing slightly elevated.

"Ara, but I didn't say I want her to go there to practice?" The Queen smiled widely as she came closer and took out a handkerchief, soaking the sweat from her face gently, not saying anything as Maid Emmy got completely red with embarrassment.

"GUUAAA! Queen, I came so early to help you, and you are playing with me! Fine, fine! I will not come here early from now onnn... humph!" Maid Emmy roared in her mind playfully as she gently guided the Queen to the room, pouting slightly.

As they opened the door quietly, they saw a gentle, warm princess sleeping peacefully while giggling in her dreams.

"Emmy, if you please?"

"Yes, Queen."

WHHOOSSHH!!

Maid Emmy came forward swiftly and grabbed the blanket, pulling it hard with one strong motion, making Tyra jump in the air. The small creature was caught by the Queen and now rested peacefully sleeping in her embrace, leaving a not-so-princess-like person in bed.

Her mini shorts were climbing up awkwardly, her hair was messy and tangled, her shirt was unbuttoned from the bottom showing her stomach, and some saliva was coming out from her mouth.

"Sigghhh, can she become a queen someday?" The present Queen sighed heavily as she thought of her future and slapped her rear hard.

SLLAPPPP!!!

"AAAHHHH!!!" Natlia woke up from her dream dazedly, looking around confused as she heard some morning harsh words cutting through her sleepy haze.

"HEY, WAKE UP, NATLIA AULIFFEE! YOUR FRIENDS ARE ALREADY DONE WITH THEIR WORKOUT, AND YOU'RE STILL SLEEPING! HOW COME THE FUTURE QUEEN IS SO MESSY?! YOU ARE OFFICIALLY COMING OUT IN FRONT OF PEOPLE TOMORROW, SO GET YOUR HEAD BACK STRAIGHT AND WORK HARD, YOU LAZY BUM!!"

The Queen roared at the still half-asleep Natlia, who jolted up from the powerful voice.

Tyra also opened his eyes, wagging his two tails happily while looking at her mess with what seemed like amusement.

"Aggh! Mottheerrr, don't shout so early in the morning! I woke up, okay!" Natlia opened her eyes fully and saw around, then exclaimed in realization, "Grrr, where is Zack?! Leaving this young maiden alone! What if something happened to this woman? Grr, I am going down NOWW!!"

Natlia got down from the bed quickly and was about to move outside when—

SLAPPPP!!

Another slap landed on her rear!

"AT LEAST WEAR A DECENT OUTFIT IN FRONT OF THEM! ZACK IS FINE, BUT MAINTAIN SOME DECENT CLOTHING IN FRONT OF OTHERS! GEEZZ!" The Queen Mother shook her head in disappointment, her voice exasperated.

"Aghh!!" Natlia just saw her attire and slowly smiled embarrassedly, her cheeks flushing. "Haha, yes, Mother!"

She ran toward Maid Emmy and grabbed her arm excitedly, saying, "Hey, you could have come alone—why did she also came? And why are you here so early? Forget it, let's go, let's go!"

Natlia, in a hurry, ran away fast with an even faster Maid Emmy as both smiled and talked animatedly, going to freshen up.

Seeing this, the Queen sighed again heavily. She put a happy-faced Tyra in front of her face and said gently, "Tyra, what should I do with them? They can't even take care of themselves properly." The Queen smiled sweetly.

"TYRR! TYRR!" Tyra also made some complaints in his own voice and smiled while wagging his two tails enthusiastically.

"Heheh, you are the best, Tyra!" The Queen let him rest on her shoulder as he stretched and flew around her like a small angel protecting his queen.

Now let's be honest—how many people here actually like exercising?Yeah… not many. And that's fine.

Some people genuinely enjoy it, some want to do it but can't find the time, and then there are those legendary beings who exercise regularly and make it look effortless. Respect to them. But here's the truth: staying fit doesn't require extreme workouts or complicated routines.

You don't need to count every step like it's a checklist. Please don't do that—it turns movement into a task instead of a habit. Just walk. That's it. Make walking a natural part of your life. If you're going to a nearby shop, walk instead of taking a bike or vehicle. Once you get used to that, you'll realize walking one or even two kilometers doesn't feel like a big deal anymore.

Take the stairs whenever you can. Five floors? Totally fine. Small choices add up faster than you think. Pair that with proper food—balanced, simple, and filling—and you're already doing more than enough.

Fitness isn't about perfection. It's about consistency without pressure. Small changes, done daily, are powerful.

And hey—if you're enjoying what you're reading and like these little talks sprinkled at ends, then consider supporting me on PAT**ON. Every bit of support helps me keep writing, thinking, and blabbering like this.
