The two of them walked to the studio in silence. Zoe was startled when she saw Eve and was about to step forward and talk to her, but seeing Sutton there, she had no choice but to swallow her words.
"Eve, you're back!"
Zoe smiled at her, then looked at Sutton, "You're here too."
"Yes, I came to see my granddaughter-in-law. It's just a good place to talk, am I bothering you?"
Zoe shook her head repeatedly, "No, no, you guys chat. Eve, have you eaten? Can I get you something?"
"I haven't had breakfast yet."
Eve's stomach was indeed hungry; she felt a bit dizzy when she arrived. Zoe nodded and quickly retreated.
Zoe bought a pastry for Eve from the nearby coffee shop and delivered it to her.
Seeing Sutton's worried face and thinking of Stellan's expression when he visited the day before yesterday, Zoe always felt that something significant had happened, but Eve hadn't mentioned anything to her.
That made her feel very hurt.
