"Which hospital did they go to?"
Stellan Sutton asked in a somber voice.
"First People's Hospital."
"Hurry over."
As Stellan Sutton spoke, his heart felt heavy.
More than anything, he felt guilty towards Eve.
Because of himself, Eve's family suffered such distress; it was his fault.
On the way to the hospital, he was constantly worried about Mrs. Sherman's health.
When he arrived, he saw Eve from a distance, along with Skye Sherman and Cecilia Morgan standing outside the emergency room.
Skye Sherman had a pallid complexion, standing silently by the door, while Cecilia Morgan paced anxiously before sitting down beside Eve.
"Eve, was what Stellan's mother said just now true? Are you really planning to divorce Stellan?"
Eve was somewhat troubled at the moment, worried about Mrs. Sherman's safety and concerned about Skye Sherman's issues.
She was silent for a moment, not speaking.
