Eve loosened her hold on Wyatt, squinting as she sized them up.
When she encountered Rory Shaw in the hospital last time, she felt something was off. Given the Shaw Family's unwavering love for Rory, would they really let her come to the hospital on her own for a mere cold or fever?

Mrs. Shaw cast a dismissive glance over Eve and Wyatt, then smiled at Rory Shaw, "Rory, you said last time that Eve wanted a divorce. I think you misheard, right?"
Rory Shaw hooked her arm around Mrs. Shaw's, "Grandma, how could I have heard wrong? I clearly heard her say she had nothing to do with the other party and wanted to get a divorce!"
