I want to change the name of New Delhi, what will be the suitable?

After reading about the history of Dhaka (Dacca),Lahore, Delhi, I scrap the idea of Renaming this cities, as Lahore,Dacca,Delhi's history is more older than the modern time itself.
Oh And I will not change the name of Bombay, Calcutta Madras, Mysore even Allahabad now.
Some North Eastern friends here I want to establish 7 University in North East. Which territory or locality will be best as I want this three to be a Intregated University like Oxford,Harvard means they will cover every discipline like those. And name will be best? Suggest me some name.
And Even some fictional company name that have deeper meaning in them. Because I need it...
And another thing at the time of Independence india has only 17-20 university. And I don't want the number of universities to exceed more than 250. Because realistically education should be fall under Govt and not privates. And this VIT bhopal and Llyod law college show why it's important to give education to people, and politician should not interfere into education.
And Will it be okay to revive the Nalanda, Vikramshila, Takshashila etc as University.
