Chapter 181 - Chapter 183: Yami Hibuko

"This is the end," Kenny murmured, eyes narrowed with cold resolve.

Above him, Seraphel Dawn hovered like a fallen god, wings blazing with divine radiance.

"You will die, Ashveil," he declared, the light around him carving through the battlefield like a celestial blade of judgment.

And far across the chaos—on the deck of the Axe Pirates' ship—stood Ryujin Hibuko, also known as Morgan Tarek.

His red cloak fluttered behind him, its movement eerily identical to the man he once admired…

Yami Hibuko.

{Flashback}

The wind brushed gently across the hilltop.

Yami stood alone, black hair swaying as he gazed at the endless blue sky.

He exhaled slowly—one long, tired breath.

A man stepped out from the house behind him.

"Sir Yami Hibuko… what are you doing out here? Please, come inside."

Yami nodded lightly and walked with him toward the small wooden house.

"I feel like you think I'm someone important… someone special," Yami said quietly.

"But you're wrong."

The man blinked. "Huh?"

Yami's voice lowered, trembling at the edges.

"I couldn't save anything that was dear to me.

Couldn't do what I should have.

My life… is just a failure."

The man scratched his head awkwardly. "Oh… I see."

{Back to the present}

Ryujin stared at the battlefield, the roar of cannons and screams fading for a moment in his mind.

He sighed.

"What kind of a man were you…?"

His eyes narrowed, full of questions, regret, and something like admiration.

"I wonder… God of the Blade — Yami Hibuko."
