Chapter 828 - Chapter 333: The Luckiest Thing in the World (Part 2)

"Don't you dislike Professor Trelawney?" Ron asked curiously.

"I don't like Professor Trelawney, but that doesn't mean I can accept others slandering her!" Hermione said angrily, "This has nothing to do with personal feelings!"

"Alright." Ron shrugged, "I also think she's too much. After all, Professor Trelawney is recognized by Principal Dumbledore."

He continued, "As for Professor Scamander's report, there are several circles drawn on it. The general idea is—Professor Scamander doesn't like teaching at Hogwarts. Compared to being a professor, he prefers a carefree life. It's just because of Dumbledore's coercion that he's forced into the educational career..."

Listening to Ron, Hermione fell into contemplation.

She rubbed her chin, thought for a long time, and said, "I suspect that Umbridge might want to use this method to drive a wedge between Principal Dumbledore and Professor Scamander, forcing Professor Scamander to join the Ministry of Magic's side."

"Not very likely." Ron rubbed his temples and said, "If I remember correctly, Professor Scamander and Professor Dumbledore have a good relationship?"

"Even if they can't make him join the Ministry, causing friction between them is enough." Hermione sighed, "It seems the Ministry of Magic truly is... beyond words. How can you govern the Magic World well with such pests!"

"Indeed," the three people agreed.

"No way." Hermione said worriedly, "I need to call Vivi—you guys go back to sleep first."

After speaking, Hermione left.

Ron waited until about eleven but still didn't see Harry return, so he went straight to sleep.

On the contrary, Hermione, after leaving, dialed Vivi's number.

"Come on... come on..." Hermione was a bit anxious.

After a while, Vivi finally answered the phone.

"What's up, Hermione?" Vivi's hair seemed a bit messy, with strands sticking to her forehead.

Hermione didn't have time to notice this; she reported the situation to Vivi.

Then she saw Vivi seemed to be mouthing words to someone.

"What happened, Vivi?" she asked suspiciously.

"Oh, nothing." Vivi smiled, reaching out to open a hand with long manicured nails.

Hermione found it somewhat strange but didn't think much of it.

After hanging up the phone, Vivi tossed the crystal ball on the bedside, propped a foot on Cassandra's shoulder, and asked Harry, "Are you sure you're not going back?"

"I'll go back tomorrow." Harry shrugged, "Anyway, there's still time; I think I should rest a bit more."

"Three hours ago," Vivi raised her wrist to check the time, "Hermione had a chat with me to find you, saying Ron had something important to tell you... I didn't expect your little friend to have such courage, to dare attack a professor?"

"It's not like he taught that... um..." Cassandra said muddled.

"Why didn't you answer the phone?" Vivi rubbed Harry's chin.

"I forgot to bring the phone." Harry shrugged, "At that time, I went to find Cassandra, thinking nothing would happen anyway."

"Alright." Vivi asked with a smile, "What are you planning to do?"

Harry spread his hands.

"Let's see what Umbridge will do. I don't think Professor Dumbledore and Newt's relationship would be so easily driven apart by the Ministry over one report. Uh... mind your teeth, Kathy."

"Okay, as long as you think it's suitable." Vivi said, "After all, it's your British Ministry of Magic's domestic affairs... By the way, I've forgotten to ask you, how's the feeling of giving lessons to classmates?"

"Awful." Harry sighed, "But fortunately, they cooperate well; there aren't any disobedient ones."

Hearing Harry's words, Cassandra rolled her eyes.

Your achievements are evident; you could confront Voldemort in your first year and drove him back. Last year, you even won the Triwizard Tournament's championship. And in the opening class, you hung a professor in front of classmates—this isn't an ordinary professor; it's a professor assigned to Hogwarts by the Ministry of Magic. Do you think someone like you would have classmates dare openly oppose you?

The professor was hung up, you know.

"Be patient with your classmates, Harry." Vivi said with a gentle smile, "Not everyone has your talent. The Wizarding World isn't as peaceful as they imagine. Even in Sirius's magical world, they can't guarantee no Dark Wizards exist, let alone England? I remember your professor... named Lupin, right? The Godfather's friend, as a child, was bitten by the werewolf Fenrir Greyback. That werewolf still hasn't been captured by the Aurors."

"You should know the happiest thing in this world, Vivi." Harry said with a cheerful smile, "You've studied in the Muggle World. You should know there's a saying that the happiest thing in the world is simultaneously having British police, French chefs, and German workers in life."

"And the unhappy thing?" Cassandra raised her head and asked.

"The unhappy thing?" Harry thought for a moment and said, "German police, French workers, and British chefs."

Cassandra couldn't help it, getting choked from laughter.

"Why?" she asked.

"Because British police don't manage things, French chefs cook delicious food, and German workers are diligent." Harry thought for a moment and continued, "And German police... think of the Gestapo; French workers like to strike, and regarding British chefs, you should know what they're like."

Cassandra reached out and tapped on Harry's stomach, only to hit Vivi's hand.

"You have a point." Vivi pushed away Cassandra's arm, fiddling with Harry's shirt front and said, "So British Aurors... really should be reorganized. Um... of course, I'm merely suggesting, making a suggestion as an individual."

"Even if it's a personal suggestion, it causes unnecessary misunderstandings." Harry rolled his eyes and said, "Umbridge is already accusing me of being influenced by foreign forces, spreading false news about Voldemort's resurrection. Clearly, Vivi—you are the foreign force."

"Oh." Vivi said a tiny 'oh', "If it were indeed me instigating, that pink toad might have already turned into a real toad."

"By the way," Harry turned his head and said, "has there been any news on Voldemort recently? Since the Triwizard Tournament ended, I haven't heard anything about him."

"I haven't either." Vivi said regretfully, "Godfather and Mr. Lupin are tracking Voldemort's situation, but recently, there doesn't seem to be any news, as if he's vanished from the earth."

"What about the United States?" Harry continued to ask, "Is there any news about him there?"

"We don't know that." Vivi sighed and said, "You should know, the American Magic Congress is actually quite contentious with us, particularly with the Great German Ministry of Magic. The American Magic Congress even officially declared us as an illegal organization..."

"Illegal organization?" Cassandra rolled her eyes, "Do they think you're the Holy Roman Empire?"

"The American Magic Congress's thinking is just like the UK before WWII, not wanting to see a united European Continent." Vivi said with a gentle laugh.

"Perhaps." Harry sighed and said.

After resting for a night in Vienna, Harry returned to Hogwarts.

He didn't go back to the dormitory first but sat in the hall, preparing to attend class.
