Harry's face turned pale.
No way, this is so damn disgusting.
Just thinking about this twisted stuff made Harry want to throw a few Avadas to vent.
Is this what a normal person should have?
"Alright, Annie." He said, his face pale, "Don't say it, don't say it... I'm feeling a bit sick..."
Annie shrugged, didn't say anything else, and instead focused on watching the game.
"It was lucky you gave him the Blessing Potion, otherwise..."
Hermione watched as McLagan stopped three definite goals with fancy moves and said with lingering fear, "Otherwise, Ron would be in danger, really letting this McLagan succeed."
"Hmm?" Harry turned his head, took out the intact small bottle from his pocket, and showed it to Hermione.
"You..." Hermione looked at Harry in astonishment.
"He just thought he drank the Blessing Potion," Harry said with a smile, "Ron's strength is actually quite strong, of course... he just lacks a bit of confidence, and this thing can help him build confidence very well, even if he doesn't drink it."
"But..."
Hermione was a bit worried, suddenly doubting whether Ron could defeat McLagan without the help of the Blessing Potion.
Of course, her worry didn't last long, because George was already laughing and hitting the Wandering Ball towards Fred, whose expression was grim and wild, with a dash of full force as he swung his bat heavily at Ron.
Ron had long noticed his brothers' actions and quickly hid behind a broom to avoid the Wandering Ball.
"Fred! George!" he yelled angrily, "Are you trying to murder me!"
"Oh, my dear Little Ronnie, it's just part of the game, if you don't like it don't join!" The twins said with a laugh.
"But you shouldn't just hit me!" Ron argued, "It's not fair! Captain Johnson, I report them two!"
At this time, Angelina flew over, looking seriously at the two jokers.
"You two aren't allowed to bully Ron like this!" She warned, "This is a tryout, you should treat every participant equally, understand?"
Look at that, if you didn't know, you'd think they were taking care of Ron—of course, Angelina also knew they were using all their might and skills against Ron...
But it really was unfair because it was a tryout, not a match.
"Alright, Fred." George comforted, "Don't worry, at least we can go after two people at the same time, right?"
With that, the Wandering Ball flew back with a whir.
"Here you go!" George swung his bat, sending the Wandering Ball towards McLagan.
In the end, McLagan dodged the Wandering Ball with an extremely flamboyant move.
"It seems his skills aren't bad." Harry nodded in agreement.
Just then, Ron also received an attack led by Captain and the two Chasers.
But Ron couldn't tell if he was lucky or unlucky, as he could stop the ball, but his ball-blocking posture... wasn't very good-looking.
After stopping three, Angelina flew to McLagan's side with the Chasers.
Hermione quickly reached out, placing her hand on her lips.
Originally focused on defending fiercely, McLagan suddenly looked confused. By the time he regained his clarity, the ball had already entered the circular hoop.
Then came the sound of breaking wind.
With a loud crash, the Wandering Ball hit McLagan.
The guy rolled his eyes and fell over.
Luckily, the twins reacted fast and rushed up to save him, preventing McLagan from falling to the ground.
"What's going on!" Angelina flew over, pressing down on her broom and asked displeased, "Why don't you two control your force?"
"We used Slytherin's strength," George shrugged, "Besides, we didn't expect he'd dodge such a straightforward and obvious Wandering Ball."
Angelina sighed.
"Forget it," she said, "Since Cormac MacLagan lost the ball and was hit by the Wandering Ball, it shows he's not as good as Ronald Weasley in the goalkeeper role... I announce, the goalkeeper for the Gryffindor Quidditch team will be Ronald Weasley!"
In the stands, Harry turned back to look at Hermione.
"What's up?" Hermione feigned ignorance and asked.
"Nice Silent Spell," Harry laughed, "Chaos Spell, right?"
"I don't know what you're talking about." Hermione lifted her head to the sky, as if she hadn't just cast a spell.
Luna was chuckling nearby, with a look of hidden merit and fame.
At this moment, Ron also ran up, his face full of joy.
"Harry! Harry!" he jumped and said, "I'm officially the goalkeeper! I've been promoted!"
"Congratulations, Ron." Harry sincerely congratulated him.
"Hey, Weasley!" Draco jeered not far away, "You are indeed a qualified goalkeeper, I think every part of your body can guard the goal—especially your head, blocking that Ghost Flying Ball was really awesome."
"Shut up, Malfoy!" Ron retorted back.
"That McLagan..." Harry tentatively asked, gesturing, "What's up with you two?"
"What's up?" Ron asked, a bit puzzled.
"Oh," Luna chimed in, "Hermione just said, did McLagan touch your butt, is that true?"
Ron froze.
Soon, his face turned beet red, even his freckles turned rosy.
"No, what are you talking about!" Ron yelled, clenching his fist, "He was showing off to me! Wanting me to give up the Quidditch goalkeeper position, and he said I should introduce Hermione to him! This jerk..."
Upon hearing this, Hermione sighed in relief.
"Really?" Harry asked.
"Of course it's true!" Ron said, still a bit upset, "How could I introduce Hermione to him? This jerk clearly has no good intentions—by the way, Hermione, you must stay away from this guy!"
"Hmm." Hermione nodded, she would do that even if Ron didn't tell her.
This McLagan really was annoying.
"That." Annie suddenly asked, "That McLagan really... isn't what Hermione thought?"
"No way!" Ron yelled as if his tail was being stepped on, "It's absolutely impossible! Things are exactly as I just said!"
Harry discreetly squeezed Annie's hand, signaling her to stop talking.
Continuing to ask, what if something comes out?
"Ron."
Seamus, Neville, and Dean came over, faces beaming with smiles.
"Congratulations on becoming the Quidditch house team's goalkeeper!" They said in unison, "That's it! Didn't embarrass us! Kick McLagan's butt hard!"
Ron suddenly turned purple.
"Alright, we should celebrate." Harry interrupted and said, "Who's going to the kitchen to ask the House-Elves to make something? We'll celebrate Ron becoming the goalkeeper in Gryffindor's common room, how about it?"
"I'll go!" Dean raised his hand and said.
"Remember to ask for a few extra Butter Beers." Harry added, "I'm missing the taste of Butter Beer..."
"Don't worry, Harry, it won't be a problem." Dean quickly ran off.
"Are you coming?" Harry turned and asked Annie and Luna, "Ron and Hermione are Gryffindor's Class Prefects, you guys can come and go without any problems."
"I'll go," Annie said firmly.
"Sure," Luna answered in a mystical tone.
