A month later everything is really back to normal now. The case was closed as Mark was confirmed to be the killer and since he was already dead there was nothing more they can do. I was given the key to the city in a ceremony for my actions, everyone in the city was there, including my family who made the long trip down to see me get honored. I was given a small promotion at work, nothing too big but Cap definitely doesn't see me as a rookie after everything. Me and Krystal decided to keep living together, my brother was a little upset but he eventually found a roommate to help with the rent.
