"All we can hope for now is that this new entity is like the great venerable emperor Bai Long, who ruled with kindness for a billion years and not like that tyrant Empress Leng Yue who forcefully suppressed the heavens in only a million years and then ruled as a tyrant for a billion years."
As he said that, it seemed almost as though he lived through both dynasties and though its physically impossible considering he's barely 300 000 years old and the empress's dynasty ended over 7 million years ago, he did spiritually experience it as he , the sect leader of Tianlu, a sect of mysterious diviners, managed to sense the emotions of the people under both rulers.
Those under Bai Long felt endless joy and while those under Leng Yue prospered, they couldn't even enjoy it to the fullest as they all felt an underlying fear for their empress.

She spent over a billion years creating a special technique that only those at realm 25 can use and only use once since it's a spirit tying technique( a technique that merges with the soul and capable of use even if the host isn't in their original body).

That's right, even though she attempted to break through to the boundless origin realm, she already knew it was impossible so instead of a technique to help with the breakthrough she created the ultimate reincarnation technique.

The old man stood up and glanced at he scene on more time before turning around and headed inside.

"Your majesty." He said as he walked in and saw the emperor, a middle aged man wearing golden robes and short black hair, sitting and a couch, leisurely drinking tea.
"Ah, old man Xu, how long has it been." Seeing the old man walk in, the emperor put the cup down and greeted the man.
Ming Xu, although not as powerful as the emperor, his influence as the sect master of Tianlu, the strongest and most mysterious sect in the cosmos, thanks to their ability of divination, had an influence that was almost as strong as the emperors' and had to be treated with respect.
"It's been a while, your majesty. I wonder if you're here because of the phenomena's currently occurring.
"Yes. When I saw the silver sun, I was already on my way, but with these aurora lights, I felt something unorthodox was currently happening, so I wandered if you might have the answer."
"Yes, though I don't know how it's possible, it seems two mythical creatures were born at the same time." The old man explained.
"Do you at least know if they're dragons or phoenixes?!" The emperor asked shocked.
"Though I cannot say with certainty, I'm guessing that it's a dragon and phoenix. If two of the same species were birthed in the same era, this galaxy would fall to ruin." Ming Xu explained, just hoping his theory is correct.
"Will you be able to find them with you powers?" The emperor asked his last question.
"No, they exist outside the laws of this galaxy, so not even I know where they are."
