The sound of someone calling me pulled me out of the dream. Or, the nightmare? Well, out of whatever hellish recollection of my past life that it was.
My eyes flashed open and tried to readjust to the view above me. Peering above my head was a pair of silver eyes that gazed at me with concern. The first thing that came to my mind was an appreciation of how beautifully the orbs glistened even in the dark room.
"Adrianna?" It was this third call that fully pulled me back into reality.
I was Adrianna Deor, the confident and unstoppable villainess of the novel [I Shall Save My Knight]. I was powerful and nobody could control me.

Right now, Nathan, the male lead, was shaking me to wake up, with my head laid on my desk and his figure towering over me.
Quickly, I sat up and barely managed to hold back the yawn that escaped my mouth.
