Kyo was in his "dressing room," getting ready for filming when he heard his director speaking over the room's loudspeaker about the shoot.
'It must be about to start...'
Kyo began to feel a little nervous.
Not because of the camera, but because of the students at the school. He had an excellent memory, so he remembered almost everyone's face. Acting in front of all those people would definitely be difficult.
At least, from Kyo's perspective.
He didn't know if he would be able to perform to his full potential in front of all his classmates.

He took a deep breath and thought,
'I just need to ignore everyone around me. I should focus only on Emilia and the production staff. I have to treat this like a studio and pretend everyone else is just an extra.'
"Kyo, are you okay? Are you nervous?"
His mother approached from behind and placed her hands on his shoulders.
"A little. Acting in front of my classmates might be a bit difficult."
"Hmm? But why? You see them every day."
"That's the problem."
"You told me yourself that everyone likes you. I'm sure they're happy to see you acting."
Hearing his mother's words, Kyo smiled as he looked into the improvised mirror.
'She's right. There's no reason to be nervous.'
Just like that, Kyo's nervousness disappeared instantly, as if his mother had flipped off the switches labeled "nervousness" and "embarrassment."
He looked at the mirror and said,
"Alright, I'm feeling calmer now. Thanks, Mom."
"But I didn't do anyth—"
Someone knocked on the door, and it opened.
"Filming will begin in ten minutes. The director would like to speak with you before we start."
"Alright, thank you."
Kyo smiled at the production staff member.
Seeing Kyo's smile, the woman's heart skipped a beat, and she hurried away from the room while thinking,
'Kyaaa, he's so cute!'

Kyo left his dressing room and began walking through the hallways accompanied by a member of the production staff.
His mother remained in the room, scrolling through her phone. She had considered following him but decided it wasn't necessary.
As Kyo walked through the corridors, he spotted a few familiar faces who greeted him. They were definitely happier than usual.
Naturally, Kyo greeted them back with a smile.
Then the production staff member asked,
"You know them?"
"I study here," Kyo replied.
"What?"
The woman looked surprised.
"I didn't know that. What a coincidence."
"Maybe they chose this location because I study here," Kyo said as he continued walking.
After a little while, they arrived at the cafeteria, which was packed with students.
The moment he entered, everyone looked at him.
'Urgh, the last time I felt this many eyes on me was during that press conference.'
Kyo did his best to ignore all the stares and walked over to the director.
As soon as he approached, the director began explaining.
"I want you to sit here and wait. Emilia will come from that direction and sit beside you. It'll be a short scene. We'll need at most two minutes of footage in the cafeteria."
After filming in the cafeteria, they would move to a quieter location to shoot another scene.
That location would be the school library, a place Kyo rarely visited.
The library would be where Kyo and Emilia would "hide" to play games together during class.
In other words, they would be skipping class.
The third scene would be filmed outside on the school's sports court.
The final scene would take place in a classroom.
In total, four scenes would be filmed at the school. Each scene would last no more than five minutes before editing. The editing would be handled by the director himself.
After receiving a few instructions from the director, Kyo sat down beside some students.
That was when he finally noticed Miu sitting directly across from him.
Miu adjusted her glasses and smiled.
Kyo smiled back and said,
"Hello. I didn't expect to see you here. I thought you'd be afraid of the cameras and hide somewhere."
There were cameras all around the cafeteria.
"I am embarrassed, but I wanted to see you act, so I came."
"I'm flattered."
Kyo laughed.
The students sitting at the same table were surprised that Miu was able to talk to Kyo so comfortably.
Not everyone knew that they were surprisingly close. The only one who knew was Miu's classmate.
She nudged Miu and whispered in her ear, "Hey, introduce me to him. Please."
Miu looked surprised before saying, "Kyo, this is one of my classmates, Kiryu."
"Kiryu? What an interesting name. I didn't know you had a friend with you, Miu. I'm glad."
"Friend…"
"Yes, I'm Miu's friend! It's a pleasure to meet you, Kyo. Hehehe. I've always wanted to talk to you, but I never had the courage to approach you... Hehehe."
"I see. It's a pleasure to meet you too."
"Cough... Cough..."
The three of them were interrupted by someone's cough.
Kyo turned around and saw Emilia standing there with her hands on her hips, looking at the three of them with an irritated expression.
"May I know what's so funny? You all seem to be having fun."
"Who?"
"Who?"
Miu and Kiryu spoke at the same time.
Hearing that, Emilia declared,
"I'm Kyo's girlfriend!"
She spoke loudly enough for everyone in the cafeteria to hear.
Everyone's expressions immediately changed.
The boys were jealous, while the girls looked shocked and disappointed.
Miu, on the other hand, simply looked at Kyo in silence.
Her expression didn't change in the slightest.
