"Is this going to be our country from now on?" Al stretched out his hand, feeling the wind brush past his fingers.
"Mamama! Although it's not recognized by the World Government, as long as we establish Totto Land here, this will be our nation." Linlin's eyes were filled with hope and longing for the future.
Following this, a meeting exclusive to Totto Land, with only three attendees, began on the Demon King.
Milim, Charlotte Linlin, and Al sat around a large table.
Linlin was the first to stand up and begin the meeting.
"Now that we have arrived at our final destination, we should build houses for people to rest in as quickly as possible."
Al nodded. "The pirates we captured can be put to use. None of them are weak, so they should be able to build houses quickly."
"Mhm, I think so too," Milim agreed from the side.
"With the housing problem solved, our Totto Land must have enough people. There are some villagers on Spring Island now, but their numbers are too small to support the establishment of a country," Charlotte Linlin raised another issue.
"This is also easy to solve. We can look for kingdoms that have been plundered by pirates. There should be many refugees there who would be willing to follow us," Al offered another solution.
"Mhm, exactly what I was thinking," Milim echoed again.
"Third, although we can survive on the fish in the sea for now, this is not a long-term solution. We need a stable, long-term food source," Charlotte Linlin said after a moment of thought, presenting another problem.
This question stumped Al. Obtaining food was simple, but securing a stable supply was not so easy.
Although Spring Island had a lot of wasteland, transforming it all into fertile land for growing crops was practically impossible for the pirates they brought with them in a short period of time.
But if... Al silently shifted his gaze to Milim. Seeing Al's expression, Charlotte Linlin seemed to understand and also turned her gaze to Milim.
"Mhm, I also..." Milim was about to repeat her broken record act when she suddenly sensed that something was wrong.
She looked up and saw two pairs of eyes staring straight at her.
Startled, Milim raised the glass of juice in her hand to shield herself. "What do you want, staring at me like that?"
Linlin gradually moved behind Milim, grabbed her twin-tails with both hands, lowered her head, and whispered in Milim's ear.
"Big Sister Milim, you wouldn't want everyone to go hungry, would you?"
What kind of language is this? Linlin, you've been corrupted!
Milim stared at Charlotte Linlin in disbelief!
Seeing Milim's "Linlin, you've changed" expression, Linlin finally laughed.
"Alright, I'll stop teasing you." Linlin let go of her twin-tails and looked at Milim with excitement in her eyes. "Milim, please help us reclaim the wasteland! With your abilities, you can definitely do it."
"None of us can do this. Only you can."
That last sentence instantly appealed to Milim's proud little heart.
"Since you're begging me like this, of course I won't let you down." Milim gave a thumbs-up and a confident smile.
"As expected, reclaiming the wasteland is something only you can handle," Al added from behind.
This sentence made the already proud Milim's nose practically point to the sky.
While Milim was reveling in her own glory, Linlin and Al slipped out of the conference room.
At the door, the two of them fist-bumped.
"Perfect teamwork!" x2
They exchanged a glance and then hurried off to deal with the first two problems.
Under Linlin's arrangement, the captured pirates could only miserably chop down trees, working ten hours a day, including meal times, before they could rest. Although they were fed three meals a day, this was still very uncomfortable for these pirates who were used to freedom on the sea.
But there was nothing they could do. They couldn't defeat that monster-like woman, so they could only work obediently.
These pirates all had a great deal of strength. Although they didn't know how to build houses, there were people among those Milim brought who did.
Over time, as one house after another was erected, the pirates, for some reason, suddenly felt a sense of accomplishment.
Although it hadn't been long, their bodies seemed to have adapted to this kind of life, and they had even picked up the habit of taking afternoon naps.
The human body is amazing, isn't it?
Meanwhile, Al began to gather the people from the surrounding villages and announced the imminent establishment of Totto Land, asking if they wanted to become its citizens.
Although the villagers were reluctant at first, seeing the earth-shaking commotion in the distance, where even a small mountain collapsed, and learning that they could obtain more fertile land by joining Totto Land, these villagers gave in to temptation and chose to join.
Now, if the captured pirates were included, Totto Land had a population of over 1,000. Although in her previous life, a population of 1,000 would probably only be considered a village, a small country of over 1,000 people was considered normal here.
Compared to the smooth progress of Linlin and Al, Milim's side was much more chaotic.
Milim was like a crimson meteor, constantly running across the land. Every step she took shattered the wasteland.
The strong wind generated by her running would kick up the soil, which, under Milim's deliberate control, would then cover the land behind her.
Whether it was trees, boulders, or small hills in her path, Milim charged straight through them. She ran for a full three days, turning over all the wasteland several times.
She transformed the hard, difficult-to-cultivate wasteland into soft, arable soil.
If an ordinary person were to handle this wasteland, it would be impossible to finish in less than a year or two. But who could have imagined that Milim could maintain such a speed for three or four days without change?
In this world where great power resides within individuals, it was not surprising for a powerful person to accomplish anything.
Soon, Totto Land was established. Although it was a country of only a little over 1,000 people, its founding still excited many.
Some were captured pirates who, having had their fill of food, decided to stop being pirates. Others were villagers who saw hope for the future. Of course, the most excited were the orphans from the Sheep's House who had followed Milim and witnessed the founding of Totto Land with their own eyes.
Charlotte Linlin officially became the first king, or rather, queen, of Totto Land, responsible for setting the overall direction.
Milim became the guardian deity of Totto Land, and her face even became the national flag! Her only responsibility was to protect Totto Land, though she could also offer her opinions in various meetings.
Al naturally became the prime minister, responsible for managing all the affairs of Totto Land.
Of course, in Totto Land, there were pirates who wanted to stay forever, and there were also those who still yearned for the sea and freedom.
However, under Milim's absolute and violent power, these pirates temporarily lay low, not daring to make any moves.
All in all, under Charlotte Linlin's management, Totto Land was developing in a positive direction.
