Chapter 15 - 15

The sun was high in the sky.

After a perfect morning workout, Aaron took Felicia to the company.

When they arrived at the office, they found two middle-aged men who had been waiting for a long time.

"Where's Norman?"

Aaron glanced around, uncharacteristically not seeing Norman.

Without thinking much, Aaron had Connors and Otto brought in.

Chapter 20: Subduing the Lizard Professor, Limb Regeneration Potion!

"Hello, Mr. Aaron, it's a pleasure to meet you!"

"I'm Curt Connors."

"I'm Otto Octavius."

The two middle-aged men wearing glasses greeted Aaron enthusiastically.

Aaron leaned against the conference table with his arms crossed, his expression relaxed, seemingly in a good mood?

Curt and Connors were a bit puzzled. Hadn't they heard from people outside that Aaron always had a secretary by his side? Where was the secretary now?

They hesitated for a moment, then quickly dismissed the thought.

Women, they only hinder their sword-drawing speed!

Aaron exhaled slowly, revealing a benevolent smile, and did not stand up.

"Dr. Curt Connors, you had a period of cooperation with Oscorp, reportedly to develop a strengthened potion based on lizards that could regenerate human limbs, but unfortunately, you didn't succeed, so Mr. Norman stopped investing in you some time ago, right?"

Curt Connors heard this and said urgently, "Actually, Mr. Aaron, my research has reached a crucial moment, only one step away from success!"

"Just give me a little more time, and I'll be able to develop a limb regeneration potion, and even strengthen the human physique, making the human body tend towards perfection!"

Aaron was noncommittal about what Curt said. Whether it succeeded or not, didn't he already know?

Perfect human?

You mean perfect lizardman!

If it were really up to you, a new Hollywood blockbuster would be staged in the US: Rise of the Planet of the Lizards!

A lizardman named Curt Connors leads the lizardman tribe, successfully defeats humans, becomes the new ruler of Earth, and even keeps humans as livestock!

"I remember Felicia… hiss… she had you bring a copy of your findings."

"Did you bring it?"

Curt Connors could see that Aaron was not interested in the scenario he described. Hearing this, he quickly nodded.

"It's right here!"

He carefully took out a box containing a green serum from his briefcase.

Just by looking at the color, you could tell that this serum was really unreliable!

Those who knew it was lizardman serum, those who didn't would think it was a biochemical poison.

Although this thing, to some extent, only lacked that strong infectivity.

"Do you mind if I take a look?"

Aaron said, but had already taken the lizard serum and held it in mid-air to examine it.

"I heard this thing has many flaws?"

Connors didn't care much about the serum, nor was he afraid of his results being stolen, because Oscorp actually had backups of these materials.

But they were all swept into the trash and sealed, most likely never to be used again.

"Currently… currently, it hasn't taken effect on experimental subjects…"

"But I've already found the problem! It's the decay rate algorithm! As long as the algorithm problem can be solved, people can gain self-healing abilities!"

Connors was very excited, eager to prove the effectiveness of his research.

"So… you're still stuck in theory?"

Aaron summarized after hearing this, and raised a question: "Then, Mr. Curt, if you solve the decay rate algorithm problem, how do you determine how much bodily function the foreign species' genes will take over?"

"For example… although a person gains self-healing abilities, their skin turns dark green, scales appear, they have a long tongue, and bestiality dominates human thought…"

Connors couldn't answer, after all, as the other party said, he was still stuck in theory.

"There's a possibility, but I'm confident I can solve it! Because I am the world's top authority in herpetology, I can solve those problems, trust me!"

Otto, beside him, felt a pang of sympathy and nodded softly, "I know Connors, he is indeed very capable."

Aaron scoffed, casually placed the serum in the cabinet, closed his eyes for a moment to rest, and then took out another light green reagent.

"This is…"

Curt Connors' eyes were full of doubt.

"This is what you've been dreaming of!"

"Limb regeneration reagent!"

Connors' pupils contracted, "You… you succeeded!!"

"Oh my god, this is impossible!"

If Oscorp really had this capability, then related reports would have long since flooded in like a tide, occupying every corner of the internet.

However, in reality, because Oscorp had a temporary change of leadership, and it was a young and handsome Oriental man, it caused widespread panic, and the stock price fell again and again, like a waterfall, completely unstoppable!

Oscorp was only able to withstand it by relying on its own strong foundation.

But the outside world still held a skeptical attitude towards Oscorp's future development.

After all, no one believed that a twenty-something Oriental man could steer this giant ship better than a wise middle-aged white man like Norman.

This is a limb regeneration potion, not some common cold medicine!!

"So… do you dare to try it?"

Aaron smiled and reminded, "It's theoretically perfectly successful, but it hasn't undergone human trials."

"And you are the first!"

Otto's face changed drastically upon hearing this, "No, Curt!"

Otto and Curt were college classmates, and after graduation, they maintained a good relationship.

One was a biology expert, the other a nuclear physics expert, both standing at the pinnacle of their respective fields.

He didn't want Curt to drink something strange and then die young.

Curt Connors held the reagent, hesitating. He glanced at Aaron, who looked nonchalant.

"Although I don't know your background, nor why Mr. Norman would give you the corporation, I don't believe that an owner of a hundred-billion-dollar corporation would need to use these things to kill a small fry like me."

In the black market, his head was worth at most a million!

Once he died here, Oscorp's losses would be in the tens of billions!

Even the US president probably wasn't that valuable.

Thinking of this, Connors made up his mind.

"Injection or direct consumption."

"Either is fine!"

Otto became even more worried. Although he wasn't a biology expert, that didn't mean he was an amateur.

In fact, his abilities in this area were not low, otherwise, he wouldn't have been able to research mechanical arms.

Reagents, can they be drunk directly?

No matter how you thought about it, it didn't seem reliable!

Wouldn't he be afraid of it being corroded by stomach acid?

Connors hesitated for another moment, then tilted his head back and drank it.

One second, two seconds… "Nothing seems to have happened? It's like… drinking a sweet beverage?"

Connors was full of suspicion.

However, the next moment after he finished questioning, he felt his arm itch!

Pain came from the previously scabbed area, something pushed open the flesh, and then burst out from the severed limb!

At a speed visible to the naked eye,

a perfectly intact right arm grew out!

Connors and Otto both dropped their jaws, watching the scene, speechless for a long time.

"A miracle! This is a miracle!"

"Mr. Aaron, you have created a miracle! Limb regeneration potion is absolutely the greatest achievement in medical history!"

"Even the Nobel Prize cannot fully match your contributions!"

Connors was completely convinced!

While feeling his right arm, tears streamed down his face.

"What you just drank was the world's first and only limb regeneration potion!"

Aaron added another sentence.

Connors' face turned pale with fright, looking at the empty test tube, a strange emotion brewing within him.

Is this what the Orientals mean by 'a scholar dies for his confidant'?

"Mr. Aaron…"

"Now, Mr. Curt Connors, are you willing to join us and recreate this reagent together?"

Aaron didn't seem flustered, showing no regret.

Connors didn't hesitate, nodding heavily.

"It is my honor to work for you!"

"Even if you don't pay a penny, I'm willing to pay to serve you!"

Chapter 21: This awareness is at the forefront of the world!

Look!

Look at this awareness!

Paid work, ten years ahead of its time!

As expected of the top biology expert, his thinking is advanced, he is ahead of everyone!

Of course, Aaron wasn't short of money.

(Norman: I am!).

"Later, you can bring another one of your research results, I have a use for it. At that time, I will have Norman clear out a top biology laboratory for you within the corporation."

"You will be the research director for limb regeneration potions. I hope you can reverse-engineer the results as quickly as possible."

Aaron casually settled the matter.

A lean camel is still bigger than a horse. Even Oscorp, whose stock price was falling unstoppably, had a full one hundred and eight research laboratories just in its headquarters!

Most of the interior of this building consisted of laboratories, and no one knew what projects were being advanced inside.

Even Aaron, the big boss, hadn't gone to inspect them one by one.

"So, boss, when do we start?"
