I was currently to the west of Sanctuary Theta, by a small grove of trees. And the place was absolutely teeming with scores of fungal Mutants.
There are several species of fungal Mutants, of varying Threat Levels. My main target for this Quest is the most powerful and dangerous species of fungal Mutant, a Fungal King.
It's a massive mushroom, so big that it's absolutely towering over the trees by dozens of meters. And it happens to produce all of the other fungal Mutant species.
Fungal Kings are Catastrophe Level Mutants, and while they're not exactly the most mobile creatures, being rooted to one spot and all, that doesn't mean they're helpless.
