"Yeah, I died in 2025 and ended up in this era. How about you?" I inquired curiously.
"Oh, I died a bit later, after the Monsters showed up. It was in 2067, I had just turned fifteen at the time. My family and I were killed by the Monsters, and something about my dying thoughts being focused entirely on wishing the Monsters dead unlocked the Monster System, and I ended up in this era. I've only been here for about fifteen months though," She explained, looking a bit less tense.
Huh, since she's transmigrated too, I wonder how similar her situation is to mine?
Maybe someone in her family was compatible with reincarnation and instead requested that she be reincarnated, like my mom did for me?
And like me, she also reincarnated in a grown body, instead of starting over from scratch as a baby.
