He's shocked. Furious. "You can't just claim an Omega without courting—"
"I just did." My Alpha voice compels him. "You're mine now."
Three Months Later - Rian's POV
I hate this. Hate being claimed by a human Alpha.
But the bond is strong. Real. Undeniable.
"I'm sorry," Luca says for the hundredth time. "The Alpha power—it's instinctive. I didn't mean to force—"
"But you did." I glare at him. "You stole my choice."
"I know. And I'll spend forever making it up to you." He approaches carefully. "But Rian... can you feel it? The bond? We're meant for this."
"Meant doesn't make it right."
"I know." He takes my hand. "Let me prove I'm worth it. Bond aside. Let me earn you."
Six Months Later
He's actually trying. Courting me properly despite already being bonded.
"Dinner?" he offers. "Real date. Not Alpha command. Just... asking."
I want to refuse. But—
"Okay. One date."
The date is perfect. He's attentive, genuine, actually listening.
"You're different from other Alphas," I admit.
"Because I was human first. I remember powerlessness." His eyes are serious. "I never wanted to be the forcing type. But instinct took over. I'm sorry."
His genuine remorse softens me. "I believe you."
Two Years Later
We're happy now. The forced start forgotten.
"Our first child," Luca says, rubbing my swollen belly. Male Omegas can carry—rare but possible.
"Our son," I correct, hand joining his. "Part Alpha, part Omega. Perfect balance."
"Like us." He kisses me. "Thank you. For forgiving me. For giving us a chance."
"Thank you for being worth forgiving."
Ten Years Later - Kai's POV
My parents' story is weird.
Papa (Luca) was human turned Alpha. Dad (Rian) is Omega wolf.
Papa forced-claimed Dad. Dad eventually forgave him.
"That's not romantic," I tell them. "That's problematic."
"It is," Papa agrees. "But we made it work. Turned wrong into right."
"Would you do it again? Knowing how it started?"
They look at each other.
"Yes," they say simultaneously.
"Because it led here. To you. To our family," Dad adds.
"That's still problematic," I maintain.
"Life is complicated," Papa says. "Love more so. We're just honest about it."
