All of the squad got attacked by a chilling heat that seemed to crawl up to their skins in different, unimaginable ways.
The realization that they were in danger made them flinch. No one understood why they weren't in the space anymore, and the look Travis gave them was that of pure hopelessness—meaning they were all doomed.
"Why are we here?? I don't understand. Do something, Travis." Maya spoke out, shivering at the sight around her.
The barren lands, the dry skulls she was pretty sure she had sighted scattered around, made her tremble. She didn't want to be there anymore. She wanted out instantly.
Travis wasn't expecting that order from Maya and he stared at her helplessly, looking pissed off by the command, yet he kept silent.
