Manual microtome :it was been used before the invention of microtome and blades were been made use of
Rocking microtome : it is the oldest type of microtome, it was designed to cut paraffin block. With this type of microtome you can not obtain or achieve very thin section.
Sliding microtome : it is used for paraffin wax
Vibrating microtome : it can alternate the manual microtome ,it is used to cut unfixed or unfrozen tissues
Sledge microtome : it is used for the cutting of very large block of tissues
Saw microtome : it is used to cut very
hard materials but the bones which are usually embedded in version which are also removed slowly
Frozen microtome : it produces the best results in the cutting of frozen tissues so it's the most used microtome for frozen tissues
Cryostate is a type of microtome which is enclosed and operated within a deep freezer, it is used to prepare frozen samples.

That was our anatomy lecturer, she has been teaching for the past two hours and I think she just got the hint that we were all exhausted so she ended the class and left. We had three more classes so we weren't going home anytime soon. Our faculty building is our next lecture hall so we started going there, on the way we bought ice-cream but I felt something.

The lecture hall was very rowdy with people going out and coming in. Some people were gossiping and discussing, some were playing music out loud, some were playing their saved videos out loud, some were popping their chewing gums and the rest were doing all sort of things. I felt it again.

Our next lecturer entered the hall and started teaching, the noise has already quieted down, the hall was no longer noisy as everybody was paying attention but some weren't you could identity them since they were on their phones and on their earpods.

Jason and George went to the Faculty of Engineering after our third class to help Barry with something so I was left alone.
Prim didn't come to school, Chopra and Livia were outside the building so again I was alone. I couldn't get rid of the weird feeling that something is about to happen so I went outside. I sat down a little with Chopra, Livia wasn't there so it was just us.
We discussed a little, with Chopra telling me how she judged some guys and girls on their outfits to school,we laughed and talked some more. I decided to go collect something from Erin so I left my bag with Chopra and I went inside the building again.
I saw her immediately I entered the classroom.
Who is "her"? "Her" is George's ex girlfriend.
Mirisa was George's girlfriend before George and I became close friends. George dumped her when he realized that she never really cared for him but was only after his money and she didn't even bother to prove him wrong when he asked her. Now she thinks am the reason why he broke up with her.
"Mirisa," I said trying to be as friendly as possible which am very sure she won't appreciate.
Long story short we fought, technically we didn't actually fight but she started saying how am a boyfriend snatcher, how I stole her source of money, how am a harlot, how the boys use me as a fuck toy and how I get money in return.
Seriously I literally had no idea what she was sprouting but whatever she was saying got me angry. Before I knew what was going on she has already poured her smoov drink on my white baggy top.
For fuck's sale that drink is red in colour.
I caught the glimpse of Jason and George coming back from the Faculty of Engineering and that's the only thing that stopped me from retaliating because this butch would have gotten it times ten.
I walked out of the classroom and walking past Jason and George, I didn't even make as much effort as to glance their way even when they called me.
I walked outside angrily not even listening to the boys as they were calling my name. I took my bag from Chopra, opened it and brought out my black baggy top since my previous one already has a stain on it.
My school attire« I wore a tight singlet and a safety short inside and on the outside I was wearing a white baggy top and a black baggy short.
I had a white socks and a black shoe as my footwear and I carried a black bag, literally I was on black and white from head to my toes. I've said this before am a stray kid so I always carry backup.
I removed my white top at the same time turning to answer Jason and George who have been calling my name but when I turned Jason was just staring at me and did I hear George say fuck, anyway I have no idea so I turned back to what I was doing which was changing my clothes.
When I was done I collected my bag from Chopra and went back inside the building to collect what I wanted to take from Erin while doing this the guys were trying to talk to me but I wasn't even ready to listen to what they had to say. Going home I decided to listen to them and what they had to say.
They were really sorry about what happened when I told them what happened and how it happened.
George was constantly apologizing for the deed of his ex saying he would talk to her and he begged me not to retaliate whatever she has done to me, well I told him I wasn't making promises but I would try my very best not to retaliate whatever she did.
Pecks of having rich friends they bought me a box of chocolate and a new phone as an apology and trust me when I say I didn't take that phone.
