The Viking ships changed their target route to the snake soldiers, firing at will.
Rage burned in Zaya's heart as she saw her soldiers were being attacked, she immediately transformed to her fox form, tearing her gold and purple armour apart.
With the power the golden staff had given her she launched towards the closest Viking ship.
A surge of energy shot out of the golden staff she held, destroying the Viking ship rotors and sending it to the ground.
Zaya growled powerfully at two other viking ships upwards, leaping from the one she had just destroyed with the staff. The two Viking ships exploded it's parts scattering all around the battle field
Seeing the change in the fate of the battle there was a spark of hope in the hearts of the veteran fighters along with Zaya's friends.
They begun attacking fiercely abandoning their defensive measures and stances, joining the half breed snakes and began killing the other fire creatures.
Ashara fought side by side with Zaya, they both destroyed the Viking ships sending them to the ground at an alarming rate.

Korin's last stand
Korin was delighted he had never thought they could ever have won the battle with the vikings.
It was obvious that they had brought half of their forces world wide together, just to attack the northern and southern
Korin was pleased with the purple fox, he was appalled at how she had turned the snake clan against the vikings.
"Maybe i was wrong after all he muttered to himself" she had probably prepared them for this war all along.
He sighed dodging another blast of fire from one of the three dragons, to him she did great, but from what Korin had read in the books back in his father's kingdom.
An average fox in the peak of the ancient times could have done a hundred thousand times better than that.
The viking ships had stopped firing beams towards him, they now focused on Zaya and Ashara, Korin could now change his defensive approach and begin attacking the dragons.
He twisted in the air, pondering on how to strike the three dragons mid air, with Edeth's technique, it was dangerous but he had to give it a try.
One of the dragons shot a ball of fire towards his position, he dodged, recollecting himself and landing on the dragon's wings.
The dragon flapped it wings fiercely, he slid to the side tumbling on the dragon's spine, unluckily for Korin one of the sharp horns on the dragon's spine grew larger, puncturing his golden armour and coming out from his chest.
Korin gritted his teeth in pain as he cut the horn of the dragon and leapt of its back, blood gushing from his back and chest rigorously.
Blood spewed from Korin's mouth, he was falling towards the ground at a rocket's speed. Without hesitation the dragon's blazed him with fire, Korin shielded his head with his hands and sword.
His whole armour was burnt by the raging fire, the pain in his chest, erupted into agony. Korin crashed on the ground, luckily for him the ground wasn't too hard.
He immediately opened his eyes as he writhed in pain, holding his sword tightly.whileb using his other hand to support the protruding wound in his chest.
He then asked himself a question, "is this going to be the legacy of the great warrior Korin?"
Korin stared at his golden armour, it glowed brightly as the fire from the dragon made the gold purer, while his dazzling sword was now covered in flames.
He could not back down now, there was a searing pain in his back and chest, death knocking on the door.
He then muttered to himself,"Am sorry father, I could not avenge you, but I promise these ruthless servants of the viking clan will fall tonight."
Korin rose up dusting the ash that had covered his chest off, ignoring the blood that poured down from it, he looked up to the sky.
There was a loud frequency rambling sound from the dragons as they landed on the ground surrounding him. Korin smiled summoning the ancient technique one last time.
He closed his eyes and swerved his sword left and right in slow motion as he began rotating rhythmically.
The mighty dragons opened their mouths, a bright light could be seen sparkling from their throat as they were about to open fire on Korin.
Korin's movement speed increased as he kept moving rhythmically, swerving his sword faster, his legs also moving quickly.
Korin could no longer be seen as dust from the ground had begun rising, his movement speed could no longer be traced, the dust became enveloped in the fire from his sword.
The dragons opened a salvo of fire towards Korin, continuously, minutes passed, the dragons were certain he was dead.
They began flapping their wings leaving the ground that had been bathed with fire.
In an instant the fire they laid on Korin began pivoting round in a circular form. The turning fire's turbulence increased, evolving into a blazing tornado.
Then a powerful fire vertical strike of fire, enclosed from the fiery tornado, slitting one of the dragons who flying above it. There was a loud wailing roar from the dragon as it separated into two.
This got the attention of all the warriors in the war, including Zaya, the two other dragons tried to escape, another powerful strike came from the raging tornado slicing another of the dragons into two ugly parts.
The last dragon which had the skill of strength flapped its wings hard towards the tornado, the fire immediately extinguished.
Revealing the strange sight of Korin in flames, his blue eyes glowing, a wild smile on his face as he went for a counter strike, his sword moving at an unseen speed.
The dragon exploded, sending blood raining down, Korin's movement speed reduced, he smiled falling on his knees. As he spoke,
"IT IS DONE."
