In the observation room, Wang Zhi, who had been secretly monitoring Chu Hao's divine realm, narrowed his pupils.
What shocked him beyond belief was that on the fifth layer of the Endless Abyss, millions of abyssal creatures were pouring in like a raging flood through the spatial gates appearing across various layers, converging onto this "upper" layer of the Abyss!
Even more unbelievable: this staggering number was only a fraction of the total population of the Endless Abyss!
Each abyssal creature, upon sensing Chu Hao's command, immediately rushed toward the nearest spatial gate—regardless of strength or ability.
They ran, flew, or swam frantically, their cries echoing as they surged through the gates.
Every creature in the Endless Abyss thirsted for carnage.
Fueled by the chaotic nature of the Abyss, they craved the corpses of any mid- or upper-level beings.
From Wang Zhi's perspective, every layer of the Abyss now displayed a torrent of creatures, a relentless flood of life.
"How is this possible… a world in the Endless Abyss like this?"
"How can there be so many creatures here?!"
The first thought in Wang Zhi's mind was disbelief.
He had missed the previous life explosion in the Abyss. In his memory, the Endless Abyss was an extremely hostile, low-dimensional world where life could only exist in limited numbers.
Even the stronger creatures were few and far between.
But the current scene shattered all his expectations.
Although puzzled, Wang Zhi finally let out a sigh of relief.
"Phew… with such a vast creature army…"
He looked at Chu Hao at the bottom of the Abyss, seated and observing, a complex expression on his face.
"This time, Chu Hao's assessment is practically guaranteed!"
A faint smile appeared on his lips.
"Congratulations, Chu Hao!"
No matter Chu Hao's future, no matter the flaws in his design of the Endless Abyss, no matter whether he was truly a genius… Wang Zhi felt genuine pride for his former student.
He then turned his attention away from the Abyss to other graduating students.
One tutor noticed Wang Zhi's mood change and whispered to another.
"Hey, I don't know why, but it seems Vice Principal Wang is… happy?"
The other tutor glanced at Wang Zhi, who at that moment was furiously critiquing a graduate's project, creating a storm of shouting in the observation room.
The tutor rolled their eyes.
"You're kidding me… or is it just my imagination?"

Elsewhere, in the principal's office, Bai Chen's eyes shifted toward the twisted spatial gates in the Endless Abyss.
"Finally…"
"Chu Hao, you're showing your hand!"
Unlike Wang Zhi, Bai Chen was not concerned with whether Chu Hao would pass the assessment.
She cared about how he would deal with the faith-based army designed to counter his divine realm.
Chu Hao's world operations had already given her the answer: a "Troop Explosion"!
An abyssal-style troop explosion.
The twisted, terrifying spatial gates marked with the layers of the Abyss were the key.
"How ingenious!"
"To have devised a method to transport forces in such a chaotic, constantly shifting world of the Endless Abyss…"
"To defend against enemy incursions using spatial manipulation… truly remarkable and innovative!"
Even the critical Bai Chen couldn't hide her admiration for Chu Hao's exploitation of the Abyss's chaotic rules.
Yet Bai Chen's understanding of the spatial gates was fundamentally mistaken.
These gates, imbued with the Abyss's chaotic rules, were not defensive tools at all.
Made from bone and flesh, these horrifying gates had an entirely different, far more dangerous function, which she would soon witness firsthand.

Unlike Wang Zhi's relief and Bai Chen's admiration, Magnus was filled with anger and terror.
As a visitor to the Endless Abyss, he had never seen such a colossal, battle-ready force of abyssal creatures.
This time, the creatures truly constituted an army.
An army born solely for slaughter.
Every creature in this force had fought for survival from birth, struggling in the harshest environments of the Abyss.
Each one was a perfect soldier of the Abyss.
The orcs and dragon-blooded soldiers of before… they weren't even qualified to witness the true form of the Endless Abyss.
"Hold the line!"
Magnus shouted angrily at the spatial gates appearing all around.
He dashed forward, slashing two primal demons that were devouring a lone Magnus soldier into fragments, then incinerated the remains with his blazing greatsword.
But just as he saved one soldier, a heavy cavalryman beside him was ensnared by hundreds of writhing tentacles.
Each tentacle ended with a grotesque mouth, the likes of which Magnus could never have imagined—even in nightmares.
In mere seconds, the cavalryman was torn apart along with his prized armor.
In his final moments, he still called out to Magnus:
"Com…mander!"
Meanwhile, several black, incorporeal shadow creatures quietly circled Magnus, slowly merging with him…
"Is this the dreaded place of divine punishment the angels spoke of?"
Just as Magnus felt himself slipping into darkness, a flash of light incinerated the shadows around him.
At the center of the battlefield, an angelic illusion formed from numerous divine spells rose from the chaotic, corrupt Abyss.
At its appearance, Magnus regained composure.
The blessings of faith strengthened his resolve, despite the cracks in his heart.
"This is only a test! And we will endure it!"
Gripping his greatsword, he stood tall once more, hope blazing in his eyes.
"I… will never submit!"
His gaze locked with the malevolent eyes in the black-red vortex above the Abyss.
