The flying sword slash released after Gojo's sword swing was extremely fast—so fast that although most of the Bellamy Pirates' officers were able to see the slash coming, the time for their bodies to react simply wasn't enough. Their eyes widened as the attack tore through the air toward them.
Only Bellamy was capable enough to dodge it, and he did so immediately. His legs transformed into springs with a sharp twang, and he launched himself high into the sky, narrowly avoiding the flying sword slash as it passed beneath him.
The slash tore straight through the Bellamy Pirates' formation, sending several of the pirates flying backward as if they had been struck by a cannon blast. Bodies crashed into the ground and nearby structures, heavily injured. At the same time, a huge cloud of dust erupted from the impact point, spreading across the area in a violent wave.
The onlookers who had gathered to watch the clash between Gojo and Bellamy were not spared either. On the side where the flying slash passed, the sheer shockwave of the attack slammed into them. People staggered backward in panic, some barely managing to keep their footing while a few others lost balance entirely and fell hard onto the ground.
Gojo slowly lifted his gaze toward Bellamy, who was currently suspended in mid-air after his evasive jump. His expression had darkened.
Gojo was furious.
Bellamy had tried to humiliate him in front of everyone here, and Gojo had already decided something the moment that happened.
He is going to die.
Bellamy soon landed on the ground with a heavy thud. The moment his feet touched the ground, he did not wait for Gojo to attack again, nor did he attempt to take a defensive stance.
On the contrary, he immediately went on the offensive.
As soon as he landed, Bellamy activated his move Spring Snipe. His leg spring compressed, and with explosive force he launched himself forward. The ground cracked beneath him as he dashed toward Gojo in a blur, his fist driving straight toward Gojo in a powerful punch.
Gojo, who was holding his sword in his right hand, was not going to kill Bellamy so easily.
With Gojo's speed, strength, and his Observation Haki, just one attack right now would be enough to heavily injure Bellamy. He could end this clash in a single moment if he wished.
But he wasn't going to do that.
That would be far too easy for Bellamy.
For trying to humiliate him in front of everyone here, the price Bellamy would pay was going to be severe. Gojo had already decided it.
He was going to break every single bone in Bellamy's body.
And for that, he didn't need his sword.
Without any hurry, Gojo raised the blade and calmly sheathed it back behind his back. The faint sound of metal sliding into the sheath rang out before he slowly lifted his left fist, positioning it directly in front of him to meet Bellamy's incoming attack.
Bellamy came crashing toward him like a launched projectile, his spring-powered dash carrying immense momentum.
Their fists collided.
A dull, heavy impact echoed through the area.
But Gojo's left fist was coated in Armament Haki, the invisible armor reinforcing the power behind his punch. The moment the fists connected, the difference in strength became painfully obvious.
Bellamy's expression twisted.
A sharp cracking sound followed immediately.
Bellamy was sent flying backward like a ragdoll, his body tumbling across the ground before crashing several meters away. The crack that echoed through the battlefield made it clear that his right arm had fractured from the impact.
Bellamy ended up sitting on the ground, half-collapsed, breathing heavily as pain shot through his arm.
Meanwhile, Gojo calmly began walking toward him.
Step.
Step.
Step.
Each footstep echoed faintly through the dusty street.
Bellamy gritted his teeth and forced himself to stand up again, his body trembling slightly as he pushed through the pain.
But the moment Gojo took a few more steps—
He disappeared.
Before Bellamy could even properly focus his eyes, Gojo had already appeared right in front of him.
Bellamy barely had time to register the movement before Gojo's fist drove straight into his stomach.
The punch landed like a cannon blast.
Bellamy's body folded around the impact as the air violently escaped from his lungs.
"Ghh—!"
The force launched him backward once again, sending him crashing straight into a nearby building. The structure shattered on impact as bricks and wooden beams exploded outward, the entire front wall collapsing into a pile of rubble.
Dust and debris filled the air.
For a moment, only the sound of falling rubble could be heard.
Then movement stirred within the wreckage.
Bellamy pushed through the broken debris, coughing as he forced his battered body upright. Blood dripped from the corner of his mouth, and his fractured arm hung unnaturally at his side, but he still managed to rise to his feet.
Before he could properly steady himself—
Gojo activated Blue.
Instantly, Bellamy felt it.
An invisible force wrapped around his body, violently pulling him forward.
His eyes widened in shock as his feet began sliding across the broken rubble toward Gojo. The strange attraction felt like an unseen hand dragging him directly through the air.
Bellamy quickly tried to grab onto something to stop himself. His remaining hand grasped at pieces of broken stone and wood scattered around him.
But the rubble beneath him was unstable.
Every piece he grabbed either crumbled or slipped free from his grasp.
Realizing he couldn't stop the pull, Bellamy's expression twisted with frustration.
"Fine…!"
If he was going to be dragged toward Gojo anyway, then he would simply use that attraction to his advantage.
Bellamy grabbed several large chunks of rubble and hurled them forward with force, sending the broken debris flying straight toward Gojo as he continued being pulled through the air.
But the next thing that happened was completely different from Bellamy's calculations.
Yes, the rubble he had thrown was indeed attracted toward the Blue created by Gojo. The chunks of stone and broken wood were pulled forward violently—but none of them actually reached Gojo.
Instead, they began to spin and churn around the point of attraction, circling the invisible center of Blue like debris caught in a violent whirlpool. Pieces of rubble smashed into each other mid-air, grinding and cracking as they spiraled around the invisible force.
Bellamy's eyes widened slightly.
That wasn't how he expected it to work.
But before he could process it any further, his body had already been dragged close enough.
The moment Bellamy entered Gojo's range—
Gojo canceled Blue.
The pulling force vanished instantly.
And in that same instant, Gojo disappeared.
Bellamy barely had time to react before Gojo reappeared directly in front of him. Gojo's fist shot upward in a brutal uppercut that slammed straight into Bellamy's jaw.
The impact snapped Bellamy's head back violently.
His body was launched upward into the air.
Before Bellamy could even begin to recover from the devastating punch, Gojo had already moved again. With a blur of motion, Gojo appeared above him in mid-air.
Bellamy's vision was still spinning from the uppercut.
And then—
Gojo's leg came crashing down.
A powerful dropkick slammed directly into Bellamy's body, driving him down toward the ground like a meteor.
Bellamy didn't even have time to recover from the uppercut before the dropkick struck.
His body smashed into the ground with tremendous force.
BOOM.
The impact created a crater in the earth, cracks spreading across the ground as dust and broken stone erupted into the air.
Bellamy coughed violently as blood spilled from his mouth. His body twitched weakly inside the crater, blood now leaking from multiple wounds across his battered frame.
Gojo landed lightly on the ground nearby.
Without any hurry, he walked toward the crater.
The battlefield had gone almost silent.
Gojo reached down, grabbed Bellamy by his hair, and lifted his broken body slightly off the ground. Bellamy groaned weakly, barely able to keep his eyes open.
Gojo looked down at him with cold irritation.
"You dare to mock me with this pathetic strength of yours? Huh?"
His grip tightened slightly.
"I really hate people like you," Gojo continued, his voice calm but filled with contempt. "People who think they can say anything they want, even though they don't have the strength to back up that arrogant talking."
He leaned slightly closer.
"I am also an arrogant talker," Gojo said bluntly. "But I have the strength to back that arrogant talking. The strength to back my trash talking."
A faint pause.
"Got it?"
And then—
Gojo punched Bellamy directly in the face.
The blow sent Bellamy flying out of Gojo's grip. His body rolled across the ground several times, flipping and tumbling through the dirt before finally sliding to a stop.
For a moment, he didn't move.
Then, slowly—
Bellamy forced himself to stand.
His body trembled violently. Blood ran down his face, and his breathing was ragged and unstable. His fractured arm hung uselessly by his side.
But the hatred in his eyes burned fiercely.
"Damn you… damn you, bastard!"
His voice was hoarse and filled with rage.
"I am going to kill you, you bastard!"
Bellamy immediately activated the strongest attack in his arsenal.
Spring Hopper.
His leg transformed into a powerful spring, compressing and releasing with explosive force as he launched himself toward a nearby building.
Boing—
He bounced off the wall.
Then another building.
Then another.
Bellamy began ricocheting across the area like a furious grasshopper, launching himself from building to building with increasing speed. With each bounce, the spring in his leg stored more momentum.
His speed increased drastically with every jump.
Dust and fragments of brick burst from the buildings each time he struck them before launching himself again.
Faster.
Faster.
Faster.
The surrounding air began to whistle as Bellamy's velocity continued to climb.
And soon—
Bellamy felt it.
His speed had reached its peak.
This was the moment.
With explosive force, Bellamy launched himself toward Gojo one final time, his fist cocked back as he shot forward like a living missile.
Gojo didn't move.
He simply stood there, watching Bellamy approach.
Closer.
Closer.
At the very last moment—
Gojo moved.
Just like howLuffy had countered Bellamy in original storyline.
Gojo waited until Bellamy entered his range, and then his fist shot forward, coated in Armament Haki.
The punch connected directly with Bellamy's face.
The impact was devastating.
Bellamy's face caved inward under the sheer force of the blow as his body was slammed straight into the ground.
BOOM.
The earth cracked apart beneath him as his body was embedded deep into the ground.
With that punch, Gojo's fist had practically buried itself into Bellamy's face.
There was no doubt about it.
This was a fatal attack.
Gojo had not left even the slightest chance for Bellamy to survive.
Bellamy lay there, barely clinging to his final breaths.
His vision blurred as darkness slowly crept into the edges of his sight.
Then Gojo's voice reached his ears.
"Next life," Gojo said calmly, looking down at him, "don't be arrogant."
A faint pause followed.
"Never… ever in front of me."
Bellamy's lips trembled weakly.
In a barely audible voice, he forced out his final words.
But Gojo heard everything clearly with his senses.
"Y… you also… won't live for long…"
His breathing was fading rapidly.
"Doffy… will definitely kill… you…"
And with those final words leaving his mouth—
Bellamy died.
