Diavolo glanced back at Yu Yachen closing in on him and immediately activated time erasure.

From Yu Yachen's point of view, Diavolo simply vanished, and she herself had inexplicably moved a short distance forward.

Next, he dug his fingers into the wounds on his arm where the knives had pierced him earlier. Flinging his arm, he sent droplets of blood spraying toward Yu Yachen's eyes.
To prevent the future where he was badly injured by time stop, this was his chosen countermeasure.
"So, how about this—Blood Blind!"
Blood belonged to Diavolo himself, so it could be freely used. With her eyes covered in blood, the now sightless Yu Yachen summoned Killer Queen and hammered the car above her into scrap with a flurry of punches. Her consciousness absent, she moved like some kind of robot stuck in a programmed sequence.
Now that he'd confirmed she could stop time, Diavolo used his blood to blind her and immediately retreated, trying to get as far out of her Stand's range as possible. Only after backing off more than ten meters did he allow time deletion to end.
But before that, he drew a standard handgun from his pocket.
He, Diavolo, refused to believe that under the triple interference of blindness, a falling car, and flying bullets, Yu Yachen would still be able to stop time and get close enough to kill him.

"King Crimson! Let me stand above time itself!"
Driven into a rage, Diavolo roared. The drumbeat thundered again.
Forcing out her time stop had only been a backup plan. Now he refused to believe that a blind Yu Yachen could react to his time deletion.
He circled behind her in erased time. As soon as time resumed, he swung down with a hand chop.
But just as he was about to hit her, Killer Queen erupted from Yu Yachen's body.
Bang!
Catching King Crimson's hand chop with one hand, the Stand lazily swung its other fist into Diavolo's head.
The blow knocked him out cold.
Diavolo—never to rise again.
"Are you done playing around yet?"
Killer Queen glanced at the unconscious Diavolo on the ground, then turned to Yu Yachen.
"Do you know how exhausting it is playing along with your little performance? Do you know how hard it was for me to not completely pulverize that car in ten seconds?"
Yu Yachen shrugged.
"Wake him up, Killer Queen. Who told you to knock him out?"
Strictly speaking, if Yu had been blind, she really wouldn't have been able to react to a surprise time deletion.
Unfortunately for Diavolo, Killer Queen had a will of its own—and protected its master on its own initiative.
