"Make sure to take good care of that boy; he has great potential. Tell this to Raphina as well." Dolores said she turned her head towards the bell tower, indicating she was talking about Rudra. Rudra, on the other hand, had no idea what sort of headache he would be facing in the future because of this.
'He still needs some time to grow. I don't know if this child would grow to be powerful or not. Even though he had a very bad constitution, he still deserves a chance to grow. Hopefully, Raphina will be able to provide that for him.' Dolores thought. She didn't mention anything about what Rudra had done in the mysterious realm. She didn't want this news to be spread, so she kept it to herself.
"I will," Maria said as she bowed her head.
"My time is almost up; all I needed to say has been said. I still have a small thing left to do before departing. Take care, child. I see you have great potential, do not waste it by staying here in the countryside. My only advice for you would be to grow stronger. The continent is going to face some tough times; be prepared. Farewell, child."
Maria wanted to reply; however, she couldn't bring herself to say anything as she was suddenly reminded of a very painful past. Dolores saw the hesitation in Maria's eyes; however, she didn't pry. She just vanished from the spot.
"Who could have thought, fate would play such a game. After such a long time has passed, I am once again back in the place I grew up in. The child who freed me from my duty lives in the same house I grew up in. Hopefully." Dolores muttered as she watched Rudra, who was totally knocked out. Reflecting on the past, her mood changed to sadness.
'Grow strong child.....' She thought as she bent down. She extended her hand as she placed it on top of Rudra's chest. After a while, she was done, and as she stood up, her body started fading rapidly. She was starting to become a little translucent.
"I left a small gift for your child. This is all I can do for you, wish I was able to do more, but alas, the journey ahead of you will be filled with dangers you need to overcome yourself. Farewell, child." Dolores muttered.
'To be able to see my hometown one last time, such a blessing.' Dolores floated above the orphanage as she looked at the entire town. With a smile on her face, she bid farewell to all of the people present at the scene as she slowly faded away. All of the people who witnessed the scene weren't able to hold their tears back as they wept.
.....
"Uggghhhh, my head feels like it is going to explode." Rudra, who was unconscious during he whole ordeal, woke up while clutching his head. 'Where am I? How did I get here?' Rudra mused as he looked around the room he woke up in.
To his surprise, he was inside a room he had never been to before. The bed he was sleeping in was very spacious, the sheets, pillow, and everything were white. The bed was super soft. After reincarnating in this world, he had never slept in such a comfortable bed. He couldn't even remember if he had ever had the opportunity to sleep in such a comfy bed, even back on Earth.
Looking around the room, the room itself was extremely spacious, and a huge chandelier hung on the ceiling of the room.
The room was decorated with countless decorations made of gold, or at least was colored to make it look like gold. While enduring the pain, he slowly got out of bed, remembering something, he lifted his shirt.
'There isn't even a scar. Did I just have a bad dream?' Rudra questioned himself after checking his chest, where he was supposedly stabbed. While thinking he might have just dreamed the entire ordeal, a voice rang in his head that broke all of his delusions.
[Rest is recommended for the host.]
"Well, I have you as the proof of everything, I guess." He muttered,
"Why is it that I feel much lighter and much more powerful than before?" Rudra questioned, while ignoring the suggestion. There was a more pressing concern for him. While trying to warm his body up, he could feel he was bursting with the strength he had never felt before.

"This looks just like a game," Rudra muttered in amazement when a game-like status window suddenly popped up in front of his eyes. He was clearly able to see all the details about himself, and he began analyzing every single detail on the window.
[Yes, after scanning the Host's memories, I decided that creating something like this would increase the host's understanding and help him grow stronger in the long run.]
"Scanned my memory? You know about the life I lived before coming to this world?" Rudra asked, shock was written all over his face.
[Yes]
"Do you know more about that world? Can I go back to that world?" Rudra began asking a barrage of questions.
[Host lacks the clearance...]
Rudra's disappointment grew as he once again heard the same response, even though he didn't have anything to get back to back on earth. Rudra fell deep into his own thoughts after hearing the response.
"So, can you tell me how I became a 4th circle straight from the 1st circle?" Rudra asked, and he was quite flabbergasted when he first saw his level. He clearly remembers that he was just a 1st circle when he killed the first monster in this life.
[Host gained a star after completing his tribulation. Host gained 2 more circles because of external help.]
"Huh? What external help?" Rudra inquired as he fell into deep thoughts.
[Soul of the dead woman, Dolores, helped the host gain the 2 circles.]
"What? So that is why I gained so much power in such a short amount of time." Rudra nodded with understanding. Dolores has turned out to be such a lucky encounter for him; he couldn't help but feel thankful towards her.
"Why is my talent greed? How did I even get that? How is greed even considered a talent?" Rudra questioned.
[That is the talent that the host is born with. There are many kinds of talents, some bring misfortune while other brings good luck. While some talents bring both, like greed.]
'Such a shitty thing to have in the name of talent...' Rudra mused. After he heard the explanation, he finally understood how this talent worked. Rudra had no control over the talent, meaning he would not be able to activate or deactivate this talent at his will. However, when the talent activates on its own, he might be able to acquire fortune, or he might face dangers.
Rudra hated the thought of not having any control over the talent; he knew that ever since childhood, he had never been that lucky. So, he assumed that he would only be facing misfortune.
