By this time, Leo had brought back decades—even centuries—of advanced technology to Earth.
Umbrella Corporation could now recruit countless scientists to slowly study it.
"Red Queen, find out what major events have happened since I left," Leo ordered.
After being away so long, he needed to see if he had missed anything significant—especially anything he could profit from.
"Yes, Master," Red Queen replied, quickly infiltrating S.H.I.E.L.D.'s network.
After all, S.H.I.E.L.D. had the most detailed records.
At the moment, S.H.I.E.L.D. was in a rough spot.
Fury was idle at home, Hill was temporarily leading the agency, and various organizations had inserted their trusted operatives.
S.H.I.E.L.D. had been severely fragmented. After the HYDRA purge, personnel had been reduced by over half.
A 'Snake-Shield' Agency, if there ever was one.
The inserted agents were skilled but openly defiant. Hill was struggling to maintain control.
Take the New Mexico hammer incident, for example: S.H.I.E.L.D. could only let Coulson lead, with no secrecy.
The agency had become a sieve, leaking everywhere.
"Master, the current situation: a hammer fell from the sky in New Mexico, and S.H.I.E.L.D. has already rushed there," Red Queen reported.
Using a host decades ahead of Earth's technology, she cracked S.H.I.E.L.D.'s defenses as if entering unmanned territory.
Leo instantly knew—this was the start of the Thor plot.
Extracting Thor's Asgardian physiology might even let him upgrade it for a brand-new body.
"Wanda, you and the others take Crystal around first to get familiar with Earth's environment. Give her the Super T-Virus Serum—her small body is too susceptible to Earth viruses," he reminded them before leaving.
Inhumans' bodies were too unique. Even after long stays on the moon, they'd realize how dangerous Earth could be.
"My dear, are you going out?" Wanda asked, noting his sudden departure.
"Yes, a silly guest has arrived on Earth. I need to give him a proper welcome."
Thinking of Thor, Leo laughed. This guy was pure comedic relief. Even his fear of electricity was ridiculous.
Later, Thor 2 would play more like a comedy than a serious superhero movie.
"Alright," Wanda shrugged. How peculiar must this guy be to make her husband laugh?
At the Brotherhood of Mutants, Leo appeared.
"Oh, isn't this the beautiful Emma? Where's your boss, Magneto?"
He looked around but saw only the White Queen, Emma Frost.
Emma was the quintessential "white, rich, and beautiful" woman.
Stunning, striking, and with an ample figure that directors clearly loved highlighting.
Leo brazenly teased her, unfazed by her annoyed expression. How had he even found their secret base?
Emma had witnessed Leo's power; she knew she couldn't even match one of his fingers.
Suppressing her fear, she stammered, "Magneto went to find a young man named Pietro. I'll call him to ask his location."
"Alright, call him. Don't be nervous—if you tremble like that, I'll get nervous too."
Leo glanced at her restless 'weapon' and thought, Can't you wear something less revealing when moving around? I get you're more open-minded…
Emma blushed fiercely for the first time and ran back to change into modest clothes.
Even for her, being criticized by someone so obviously superior was uncomfortable.
When she returned, she informed Leo that Magneto was trying to recruit Pietro at a pool hall.
"Thanks, Big-Chested Sister."
Leo stared briefly, then disappeared in a blink.
"This scoundrel! Such a pervert," Emma muttered inwardly.
Meanwhile, Leo teleported just in time to see Magneto struggling to persuade Pietro.
"Hey, kid, join us. It's better than messing around all day, isn't it?" Magneto coaxed.
"No, I think this is fine," Quicksilver (Pietro) replied firmly.
Somehow, his mutant speed had awakened even before Wanda's. Pietro was a wanderer, racing around the world daily.
Leo didn't waste time. He planned to teach Pietro a lesson—to show him there were stronger people—and then settle the matter.
He approached and patted Magneto on the shoulder.
"Magneto, stop arguing with him. Come with me; I'll take you somewhere fun."
Magneto's anger flared at the touch.
Who is this? Who are you talking to? Don't you know my reputation?
But the voice sounded familiar.
"Oh, it's Mr. Leo," Magneto said, masking his surprise with a smile.
"Alright, let's go. Pietro isn't going anywhere."
"Okay, if Mr. Leo says it's good, then I'll go with him," Quicksilver said reluctantly.
Magneto gave up trying to argue with the stubborn kid. Leo's words deeply angered Pietro: I'm the fastest man on Earth!
"Hey, kid, try running," Leo teased.
Quicksilver felt challenged and zoomed off. Time around him slowed, ready to teach Leo a lesson.
"Your speed's a bit slow!" a playful voice suddenly rang in his ear.
"What?!" Quicksilver shouted, startled and confused.
"Don't space out. I'll trap you for half a day to teach you a lesson. Lay hands on your brother-in-law, and you better be ready. Old ginger is spicier!"
Leo laughed, casually setting up a Dimensional Space for Quicksilver before leaving with Magneto.
Pietro was left crashing around, questioning his very existence.
Back in New Mexico, the area around the hammer had become a bustling attraction.
Clever locals set up stalls, profiting from the curious crowds.
When Leo and Magneto arrived, cranes and large trucks had been deployed—but the hammer wouldn't budge an inch.
