# Chapter 153: Second Match, Shinji Weber VS Bruno
Gongenzaka, his methods exhausted, could only watch helplessly as his ace monster was shattered by the Galaxy-Eyes Heavy Armor Dragon.
"Battle!" Kaito waved his hand, and his two monsters roared in response, eager for action.
"Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, Attack Superheavy Samurai Ninja Sarutobi A C! Go! Annihilation Photon Flow!"
The Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon roared, raised its head, and sprayed a multicolored torrent towards Gongenzaka's last monster on the Field, instantly engulfing it.
"Next is the final blow! Galaxy-Eyes Heavy Armor Photon Dragon Direct Attack!"
At Kaito's command, the Giant Dragon, clad in dark heavy armor, raised its wings made of light, leaped high into the sky, and unleashed a brilliant Dragon Breath towards the empty Field where Gongenzaka stood.
The Dragon Breath landed on the path directly in front of Gongenzaka's D-Wheel, and his D-Wheel was also overturned by the impact.

"The result of the competition has been revealed! Let us congratulate Kaito for winning this competition and successfully advancing to the next round!" the Female Commentator excitedly announced. Kaito's full-body projection reappeared in the center of the Stadium, and the audience gave enthusiastic cheers.
After Kaito stopped his D-Wheel and took off his helmet, he approached the fallen Gongenzaka, extended a hand to help him up, and then spoke:
"You dueled well."
"You're too kind. It seems I still have a long way to go compared to seasoned duelists like you," Gongenzaka said, scratching his head.
"Remember what I'm about to say. Once you go down, don't panic. Someone will come to meet you. Also, please pass this message on to your companions who will also be going down later," Kaito whispered into Gongenzaka's ear while they shook hands.
"What do you mean by that?" Gongenzaka was baffled by Kaito's words, but soon, several Security Officers came out and firmly restrained Gongenzaka.

"Compared to the previous duel, the information on both sides for this one is too scarce. I can't even properly introduce them to everyone," the Female Commentator said, looking at the competitor introductions in her hand, distressed.
Just then, inside the Competitor Channel, Bruno was anxiously saying something to Shinji Weber.
"Shinji, you've read the letter Brother Kiryu gave you, right? What have you decided?" Bruno asked.
"I've read it," Shinji nodded. "But I won't just abandon my own plan. Kiryu said you already have the power to fight Jack. Then prove it to me."
After Shinji finished speaking, he put on his helmet and, without looking back, accelerated out of the Competitor Channel.
"Hey, Shinji, don't be so hot-headed!" Seeing this, Bruno quickly started his D-Wheel and chased after him.
The moment the two appeared from the Competitor Channel, the audience's reaction was somewhat lukewarm, as neither had gained any prior fame. A sparse round of applause was offered as a courtesy before silence fell.
Even the commentator had no further thoughts of introducing the two, and simply snapped her fingers.
"Action Field, Crossover Accel Setup."
"Turbo Duel, Accelerate!" Following the commentator's command, their D-Wheels dash forward one after another.
Before the first curve, Shinji Weber unceremoniously seized the inner lane, even performing a dangerous maneuver, steering his D-Wheel to side-collide with the unsuspecting Bruno. While Bruno was flustered, Shinji was able to pass the first curve first.
"What are you doing?" Bruno loudly asked after regaining control of his D-Wheel, which had almost gone out of control.
"I told you, if you want me to abandon my plan and follow Kiryu's arrangements, then prove to me that you are worthy of my trust!" Shinji said.
"My Turn!"
"Attack Position Summon, Tuner Monster, Battlewasp - Poison Needle Stinger!"
"When this Card is Summoned or Special Summoned, I can Add to Hand 1 'Battlewasp' Monster other than this Card from my Deck. I Add Battlewasp - Pin the Bullseye to my Hand!"
"Next, I activate the Effect of Battlewasp - Twinbow the Double Striker from my Hand! As a cost, I can only Special Summon Insect-Type Monsters from the Extra Deck this Turn. Special Summon this Card!"
"I Tune the Level 3 Twinbow the Double Striker with the Level 2 Battlewasp - Poison Needle Stinger!"

From within the Synchro light array formed by the two small bees, a bee-faced spirit archer in a long dress descended, flapping her bee wings.

After the adorable little bee appeared by Shinji's side, it turned and shot a poison needle backward.
"Furthermore, this Effect Damage will be Doubled by Battlewasp - Azusa the Ghost Bow's Effect!"
As Shinji's words fell, the bee-faced spirit archer raised her hand and similarly shot an arrow towards Bruno.
The poison needle and the arrow landed on Bruno one after another.

"He dealt Damage on the First Turn?" the commentator exclaimed in surprise. "It seems that while the duelists in this match aren't well-known, their power is still not to be underestimated!"
"I Set two Cards, Turn End." After Shinji ended his Turn, he turned back and shouted to Bruno, "Come on, let me see why Kiryu chose you!"
"This idiot!" Inside the Revolutionary Army's Base, Kiryu, who was watching Bruno's competition with Yūga Hōzumi, cursed as he looked at Shinji on the screen.
"What's the point of him being so hot-headed right now, besides exposing that Bruno has mastered Accel Synchro prematurely?"
