Although Tsunade is also proficient in other Ninjutsu, they're nowhere near her Medical Ninjutsu. Tsunade will undoubtedly teach her disciples the things she excels at the most, but the Yin Yang attribute can't be tested with Chakra Test Paper, so Shizune hasn't used it yet.
"Let's measure it now." Mokgetsu, who had anticipated this, took out a piece of Chakra Test Paper and handed it to Shizune.
After all, Tsunade was slacking off, so she's somewhat unreliable. Mokgetsu had observed Shizune, who had mainly learned Medical Ninjutsu, which was not unexpected.
"Thank you." Shizune accepted the paper, thanked Mokgetsu, and then concentrated Chakra into the paper.
Once the Chakra was infused, the Chakra Test Paper quickly wrinkled.
"Lightning attribute..." Mokgetsu showed a thoughtful expression.
Having Shizune learn the Breath of Thunder seemed a bit unsuitable because, although it can enhance Lightning Release, that's just one of its effects. It needs to be cultivated to the Master Level to maximize this effect. Before mastery, its enhancement of Lightning Release is modest, and mastering a Breathing Technique is incredibly difficult; most people can't achieve it.
The characteristic of the Breath of Thunder is its explosive power, which Shizune didn't show a talent for in the original story.
"Follow my posture and adjust your breathing." Mokgetsu finally decided to teach Shizune the Basic Breathing first.
Basic Breathing also helps improve training efficiency, although it lacks the special effects of other Breathing Techniques. Once mastered, it eases the learning of other Breathing Techniques.
Even though what she's learning now is completely new to her, Shizune sincerely studied it out of trust in Mokgetsu.
Mokgetsu roughly planned Shizune's upcoming study content: to master Basic Breathing, then improve Mystical Palm Jutsu, and learn Monster Strength and Chakra Scalpel.
Due to her prolonged tutelage under Tsunade, Shizune's knowledge of Medical Ninjutsu is very solid. Mokgetsu only needed to teach her specific Medical Ninjutsu.
When Shisui finished his training and rested, he approached Mokgetsu, telling him about the events at the clan meeting yesterday and his desire to graduate early.
"Teacher Mokgetsu, do you think this is problematic?" Shisui looked at Mokgetsu.
He believed Mokgetsu would make a better, more correct decision, so even though he had already decided to graduate early, he wanted to ask Mokgetsu again.
"Graduating early carries some risks, of course. Life is full of surprises, but given your current abilities, I think you're up for it." Mokgetsu acknowledged Shisui's idea.
Shisui's current abilities surpassed many Chunin, but graduating at this level could still lead to unexpected incidents, though relatively safe.
As for absolute safety, even Mokgetsu couldn't guarantee his own, let alone his students'.
Shisui smiled, Mokgetsu's approval reassured him.
"Oh, Teacher Mokgetsu, I think I've made some progress with my Armament Aura." Shisui went on to discuss his recent training results.
Shisui concentrated his Chakra on his fist, imagining an invisible armor protecting it, then punched the ground, trying several times, with two punches noticeably stronger.
"I can't stabilize it yet, but I'm starting to get the feel of it." Shisui said, withdrawing his fist.
Mokgetsu glanced at Shisui with appraisal, noting the Armament Aura proficiency had reached seventy points.
After timing it, Mokgetsu realized Shisui had been learning the Armament Aura for over half a year now; this progress was reasonable.
"No need to rush; you're not far from mastering it. Barring any surprises, you should grasp it after graduation." Mokgetsu estimated.
Compared to Shisui, others progressed less due to the high difficulty level of Armament Aura and limited practice time.
Currently, Kakashi focused on honing his Breathing Technique and understanding the Transparent World. Obito was perfecting his Breath of Flame Chakra Mode. Might Guy was advancing simultaneously with the Breath of Eight Gates, while Nohara Rin hadn't even started learning it.
Armament Aura wasn't unimportant; it's just that, at their current power levels, it didn't help as much as what they were learning, given their limited Chakra.
Of course, mastering it is beneficial, useful in more situations, but it's not worth investing a lot of time in right now.
"As expected of Teacher Mokgetsu!" Obito gave a thumbs-up to Mokgetsu after returning to the Southern Border Forest in the morning.
Mokgetsu guessed the outcome by Obito's expression.
"Grandma really was sick. Thank goodness I went early, and it wasn't something serious." Obito said with relief.
"The elderly have weaker immunity; pay attention to her health routinely." Mokgetsu advised, then pondered.
He wondered if Uchiha Madara might use Obito's grandmother to provoke him into darkening.
If Obito had a trust level indicator with others, Mokgetsu believed his grandmother and Nohara Rin would certainly rank at four, while Kakashi was less certain, but possible.
Should Obito's grandmother be tragically killed before him, Mokgetsu believed he would instantly activate his Mangekyo Sharingan. But as long as he and Nohara Rin were safe, Mokgetsu thought Obito likely wouldn't darken, though his character might change.
If Nohara Rin and Obito's grandmother both died tragically, Mokgetsu couldn't predict the outcome.
"Arrange for a Shadow Clone to watch over her." Mokgetsu decided to allocate a Shadow Clone to protect Obito's grandmother.
"Yeah, if her health declines, I'll take her to the hospital using your technique, Teacher Mokgetsu." Obito said, then ran off to train immediately.
The thought of Kakashi training an entire morning longer than him made Obito restless. Having trained half a day less meant Kakashi was a whole day ahead.
Seeing his disciples all training diligently, Mokgetsu immersed himself in mastering the Flying Thunder God.
Flying Thunder God didn't significantly enhance Mokgetsu's power, but it was incredibly convenient in every sense.
To learn Flying Thunder God, Mokgetsu even resorted to using Shadow Clones for learning, putting all his effort into studying it.
However, progress was still lacking; after two days, not a single proficiency point had increased.
"Everyone works so hard; it's no wonder they're so strong." Shizune, exhausted from training in Breathing Technique, noticed Obito and others relentlessly training.
This training environment felt novel to Shizune, who was used to training alone with Tsunade without peers around.
Seeing her peers, some younger than her, working so hard, Shizune felt guilty if she stopped.
Shizune practiced Breathing Technique and Taijutsu for most of the day, then shifted to Medical Ninjutsu.
Initially, Shizune feared she was too tired from prior training to absorb Medical Ninjutsu, but surprisingly, she found it quite effective, feeling she gained a lot.
"Teacher Mokgetsu really teaches better than Lady Tsunade." Shizune compared the two from memory.
Though Shizune greatly respected and adored Tsunade, she had to admit Mokgetsu's teaching prowess surpassed even in Medical Ninjutsu.
Shizune even felt, when learning from Mokgetsu, she seemed smarter, grasping things more easily.
"Half a year later, Lady Tsunade will be taken aback." Shizune anticipated when Tsunade would evaluate her progress.
Since Tsunade often teased her, Shizune thought it might be okay to return the favor once.
Meanwhile, Nohara Rin, learning from Tsunade, felt the weight of Tsunade as the strongest Medical Ninja.
It seemed nothing related to medical knowledge was beyond her understanding. Any query from Nohara Rin was met with a relaxed, informed answer from Tsunade.
However, Nohara Rin also witnessed another side of Tsunade.
"Lady Tsunade, it's time to get up." Nohara Rin said helplessly, looking at the hungover Tsunade.
It's surprising that Tsunade, renowned as a Sannin in the Ninja World, wouldn't get up in the morning!
