On Friday morning, Mokgetsu went to the Ninja Academy.
Today was the day for exam results, and he needed to hand out the students' exam papers, followed by some meetings.
Mokgetsu was in a pretty good mood today, having just received notification of his exam rewards in the morning.

Mokgetsu was fairly satisfied with this because the training tasks for Obito and Might Guy hadn't been settled yet, and the rapid increase was largely thanks to Shisui's activation of the Sharingan, which drastically boosted his Chakra.
This semester he made great improvements, increasing his Chakra by about 15,000 from the end of the special training to now. To know that last semester, from the first day until the end of special training, he only increased by about 10,000 points, and with about a month less time, the Chakra increase was much greater this time.
The significant increase is due to several reasons, such as sacrificing Ninjutsu classes for Chakra boosts, natural acceleration in his own Chakra, and the development of his disciples.
Mokgetsu felt that this growth rate should be sustainable for a whole semester. While Shisui's Chakra growth rate is returning to normal from the previous spike, it is still much faster than before the Sharingan, and both Obito and Might Guy are also improving constantly. Before graduation, they should be able to attempt completion.
If he can maintain this growth rate, Mokgetsu hopes to reach his goal by Obito's graduation, achieving 20 kilocalories, which is 50,000 Chakra. Even if he doesn't reach 50,000, he wouldn't be too far off.
"Teacher Mokgetsu, I've made great progress this time, scoring 83 points. Can I get the reward?" Anko asked excitedly as she entered the classroom.
"You call an improvement of five points a big progress huh?" Mokgetsu playfully knocked Anko on the head.
"Hehe, this is my best theoretical test score ever." Anko chuckled.
"Here, have some." Mokgetsu handed Anko a rice ball.
Regardless of their test scores, Mokgetsu always gave his students some snacks. Spending a little money to gain a lot of goodwill seemed worth it to him.
The first meeting was a summary meeting, followed by the awarding of outstanding teachers.
Being awarded the outstanding teacher was a given for Mokgetsu, as his Class 1-A was seen as a top-tier class by other teachers.
After the big meeting was the smaller meetings, attended only by those holding key positions.
The small meeting mainly discussed upcoming teaching work, summer special training and internships, and issues with large class trials.
"This time, Teacher Yasuharu led four classes to a theoretical average score increase of three points. In terms of theory alone, the effect of large classes and small classes isn't much different," one teacher remarked after reviewing the data.
There are a total of eight classes in the first grade. Mokgetsu teaches four, and Kono Yasuharu teaches four. Due to Mokgetsu's exceptional ability, comparisons weren't made with his class results.
After the discussion, the teachers decided that the large class model could be promoted to other grades.
Once the meeting was over and Mokgetsu was about to leave, he learned that the Third Hokage summoned him, so he went to the principal's office.
The principal's office, though unoccupied for long periods, was regularly cleaned, and it looked the same as it did on his first visit.
The Third Hokage wasn't sitting at the desk, but at a nearby tea table not far from the door.
"Mokgetsu, you're here, come sit," Sarutobi Hiruzen said with a warm smile, taking the pipe from his mouth.
"Third Hokage." Mokgetsu maintained proper decorum and, following Sarutobi Hiruzen's direction, sat on a side chair.
"I had hoped each semester you'd be as outstanding as your first, and you surprise me again. Your Class 1-A's practical results have made significant breakthroughs, far exceeding other same-year classes," Sarutobi Hiruzen commented.
"It seems I underestimated you, Mokgetsu. At this rate, your Class 1-A may no longer compare to other same-year classes but rather higher-grade classes."
"Mainly because the students are very cooperative," Mokgetsu replied modestly.
Excessive modesty might make one seem underestimated, but with his achievements clearly evident, his modesty only gave him a reputation of humility.
"Mokgetsu, is there any Ninjutsu you want to learn? Any attribute or Fuinjutsu is fine," Sarutobi Hiruzen asked, stroking his goatee.
Position-wise, Mokgetsu's promotion was temporarily unavailable. Sarutobi Hiruzen planned to promote Mokgetsu to Vice-Class Leader of the Teaching Department next semester.
The next step would be Class Leader, a well-established position held by a graduate of the first batch from the Ninja Academy, who also made notable contributions during the Second Ninja World War.
For Mokgetsu to replace him, his current achievements aren't yet sufficient.
If he can't be promoted, he can earn Ninjutsu as a reward, so Sarutobi Hiruzen let Mokgetsu choose.
"I want to learn Fuinjutsu," Mokgetsu thought for a moment and said.
He hadn't unlocked Fuinjutsu through the system yet, so if Sarutobi offered, it would be quite good.
"No problem, I'll have someone deliver it to your house in a few days," Sarutobi Hiruzen nodded.
As expected, Fuinjutsu is more elusive than ordinary Ninjutsu.
"I'll leave Kakashi's situation to you, Mokgetsu," Sarutobi Hiruzen finally said.
He didn't want to see a ninja genius like Kakashi continue to decline.

With such potential talent presented before him, he had to hold on to Kakashi tightly.
He left his fourth disciple spot open just for an opportunity like this.
Though there are many geniuses in the Ninja World, his system made it clear that the earlier he recruited, the better. After a ninja had matured, he couldn't maximize benefits.
An eight-year-old Kakashi was ideal, though Shisui's age was a bit young. If not for the presence of the Sharingan, Mokgetsu would have spent considerable time waiting for Shisui to develop.

"Training Ground 22," Kakashi muttered as he recalled Sarutobi Hiruzen's instructions and headed to the training ground.
"A new team..." Kakashi thought of the expressions of the instructors at the Hokage Office before, hoping this time both the instructor and teammates would be more mature.
