The mystical-side Duel Disc grew out of Yubel's arm, automatically splitting into five Monster zones. The Deck lay quietly in the slot, shuffling automatically.
While shuffling, Yubel stared expressionlessly at the opposite Lamor.
"You, you're definitely not a student of the academy, are you." Yubel asked coldly, "You're a Duel Monster Spirit... not even a spirit of this world, right?"
The student smiled, "As expected of the King's guardian, truly sharp. If you want to know the answer, why not search for it in the duel?"
He opened his Duel Disc, and five cards automatically popped out from the top of the shuffled deck, drawn into his hand.
"No problem." Yubel also drew five cards, "Then let's duel until you're completely defeated before asking questions."

"I go first, draw." Yubel said, "I'll set a monster on the field!"
Numerous golden particles transformed into a card, appearing face-down on the field.

"It seems you've already forgotten me... Yubel."

"Then let me help you remember." He said coldly, "I'm going to summon this monster from my hand...

This guy's Deck is... Spellbook!?
The Spellbook Deck, known as the top-tier Deck among Spellcaster-Type, seen by Yubel in two lifetimes only in the hands of a top mage, a powerful force across countless dimensions, and yet quite a familiar face to her.

A transparent thick Spellbook levitated in mid-air, unleashing a tremendous burst of magic power!
"That's not happening!" Yubel waved her hand and flipped over a Set Card, "Counter Trap 'Magic Jammer!' Discard a card from your hand, negate the activation of the Spell Card and destroy it!"
The overwhelming magic power was instantly bound, quickly imploding and exploding. The huge Spellbook shattered into pieces in the air.
"The card I discarded is 'Card of Compensation.'" Yubel said, "When discarded, draw two cards from the deck."
"Well... consider it some form of counter to my tactic."
Lamor seemed not at all surprised, merely drawing another card from his hand.
"Then next is this card, the Spell Card 'Spellbook of the Master.'" Lamor said, "If there's a Spellcaster-Type monster on your field, show one 'Spellbook' from your hand other than this card to your opponent."
He revealed another card in his hand.
"I reveal 'Spellbook of Power' from my hand." Lamor said, "Afterwards, 'Spellbook of the Master' can replicate the effect of one 'Spellbook' in the graveyard.
So according to this effect, I use 'Spellbook of the Master' to copy the effect of 'Spellbook of Secrets,' gaining the same effect—

Lamor once again drew a card that popped out from the deck.
"I add the Quick-Play Spell 'Spellbook of Fate' to my hand."
Yubel frowned slightly.
In the past, while aligned in the same camp, Yubel seldom witnessed Lamor dueling others directly, so though she was well aware of the Spellbook system's renown, she was unfamiliar with its strategic approach.
Only knowing the opponent is highly skilled, in the entire Twelfth Dimension, few could match him as an opponent.
Perhaps, only an existence as transcendent as the Supreme King could compel such a spirit to willingly pledge allegiance.
Looking at it now, the operation capabilities of this Deck system seem indeed exceptional. This is just the first turn, Lamor has already used the effect of precise searching from within the deck four times, this search ability is almost like a cheat.
