A dark storm descended from the sky, a gravitational field enveloping the entire city district. Shattered debris and bricks flew up, continually struck by lightning in mid-air, breaking into powder one after another.
Descending from that darkness was an indescribable giant beast! Three heads poked out from the darkness, roaring with what seemed to be lightning in their mouths! That enormous body descended amidst the storm whipped up by its flapping wings, and the moment it landed, a hemispherical dome of electric light expanded outwards, toppling surrounding buildings and crushing them to dust within the rampaging field of light!

This is quite a powerful effect, rare even within the entire Yugioh card pool.
The prohibition on activating Magic, Traps, and Monster Effects means that all Set quick-play Magic and Traps, and any life-saving Divine Artifacts from the hand or graveyard, are rendered useless.
Plus the effect of attacking three times in one turn is simply an OTK Divine Artifact!
If he plans to activate any effects, the moment before the Thunder King's prohibition takes effect is Youyu's last chance.
