Mavis floated down from August's head and moved closer, curiously looking at the jade that had almost shattered and then reassembled.
She could feel that the energy fluctuations emanating from the Tenrou Jade had undergone a qualitative change. It was no longer a simple Magic Power amplifier, but contained a more efficient, more powerful, and entirely new energy.
"More than just different."
Noah playfully tossed the brand-new jade orb in his hand, his tone full of annoyance at being taken advantage of. "It's now a 'Magical Power' awakening device."
"Magical Power?" Everyone exclaimed in unison, finding the new term both unfamiliar and intriguing.
"Simply put, Magical Power is an advanced form of Magic Power."
Noah looked at the curious eyes around him, displaying the Tenrou Jade to everyone. "The Tenrou Jade absorbed my power and, by mimicking the way my power operates, gave birth to 'Magical Power'—which is more efficient, faster, and stronger than magic."
"You can think of it as an upgraded engine for a Magic Car. Although both use Magic Power as a power source, the energy propelled by a more advanced engine is superior to that of an old model."
Upon hearing the words "faster and stronger," Natsu's eyes instantly turned into stars. Noah's theory was immediately thrown out the window as he stared intently at the Tenrou Jade.
"So, how do we get 'Magical Power'?"
Gray's gaze was fixed on the Tenrou Jade, clearly also tempted by the "stronger" power.
Noah tossed the jade. "It's simple. The Tenrou Jade can bestow the seed of 'Magical Power,' and once fully absorbed, you can awaken this new power."
Erza, however, was more concerned with practicality. As a pillar of the guild, she had to consider everything thoroughly. "Noah, will there be any risks in awakening 'Magical Power'? What about the burden on the body?"
Noah shook his head. "I can't answer that question, but..."
"The Tenrou Jade is now like a combination of a 'converter' and an 'introducer.' Theoretically, the burden on the body won't be greater than Magic Power overload, but the specific effects vary from person to person."
Noah paused and looked at August. "Senior, why don't you try it first? If anything goes wrong, I'll ensure your safety."

As August touched the azure jade orb with golden threads flowing within, an anomaly suddenly occurred.

The Tenrou Jade suddenly burst forth with dazzling light, and a powerful repulsive force instantly generated, pushing everyone except Noah a short distance away.
Inside the jade orb, the golden filaments transformed into electric currents, intensely flickering and twisting like countless tiny golden snakes, frantically drilling into August's arm and rapidly spreading throughout his body along his meridians and blood vessels.
August stiffened abruptly, his hair standing on end, and fine golden electrical arcs danced across his skin. The extreme impact of an external force being forcibly poured in, his body being torn apart and reassembled, made him clench his teeth.
The vast Magic Power within him intensely boiled and surged, then, guided and suppressed by the golden electric light, began to undergo a qualitative change.
The entire process lasted about thirty seconds.
When the golden electric light receded like a tide, shrinking back into the Tenrou Jade, a seed of new power slowly appeared in August's consciousness.
By slowly and completely absorbing this "seed," he could awaken "Magical Power."
However, for the monstrously talented August, he didn't need to wait at all. The moment the Tenrou Jade withdrew its power, August had already fully absorbed the Magical Power seed.
August raised his hand, feeling the unprecedented efficiency and surge of Magical Power flowing within him, and subconsciously mimicked Noah's lines when using Magnetic Field Power.
"Magical Power Activate!"
"Fireball!"
A violently burning, azure thunder-fire orb erupted, with raging golden electric snakes dancing within. The air was instantly heated and distorted, emitting crackling sounds.
The pressure emanating from the Magical Power flames far surpassed the ordinary fire-type magic August had mastered before his awakening.
"This... this is... Magical Power?"
Seeing the commotion subside, everyone gathered around and was astonished to see the Magical Power flames August had casually conjured.
Natsu looked at the raging flames, wiped his drool, and showed an extremely excited smile. "Noah! Let me be next!"
Without waiting for Noah's permission, Natsu went straight up and hugged the Tenrou Jade, raising it above his head. "Tenrou Jade! I want 'Magical Power' too!"
Boom—rumble!
Similarly dazzling golden light erupted along with electricity, but Natsu's reaction was the complete opposite of August's.

So this guy was just waiting to see Natsu make a fool of himself!
Half a minute passed, and the Tenrou Jade, having completed the Magical Power seed implantation, returned to its calm state, floating in mid-air. Natsu, however, had rolled his eyes from the pain, his face looking utterly broken, smoke rising from his body. He'd completely passed out.
Natsu wasn't August after all. He couldn't awaken "Magical Power" at the same time he received the Magical Power seed, unlike his grand-nephew.
But fortunately, Natsu was still very young, and with his talent, completely absorbing the seed and awakening new power was just a matter of time.
Gray looked at Natsu, who was still twitching even in his unconscious state, and swallowed nervously. He'd originally regretted being beaten to the Tenrou Jade by Natsu.
But now... You truly are my best brother, Natsu!
"Next up is you."
"Gray."
Noah's calling of his name was like a death sentence, making Gray's fleeting moment of smugness vanish without a trace. His expression stiffened, and he stammered, "Um... actually, I'm not in a huge hurry to get stronger. How about Erza and the others go first? Ladies first, you know."
Noah ignored Gray's excuses. With a wave of his hand, a huge suction force pulled Gray, who was trying to escape, in front of him. With a mischievous smile, he stuffed the Tenrou Jade into Gray's arms.
