The beam pierced Enel's arm, disrupting his ability to channel thunder into the already massive spherical cloud.
"Did he escape? Even the crew members are monsters, Victor…"
Kizaru curled his lips in dissatisfaction. The beam was intended to kill directly, but Enel barely avoided death, only taking a wound to his arm.
Victor ignored Kizaru momentarily and flashed to support Enel, who was unstable in the air. Though the beam wasn't fatal, it weakened Enel during the critical Thunderbolt preparation.
"Yahahaha! Captain! I did it! The title of Thor should be mine!"
Blood flowed from Enel's arm, but he felt strangely exhilarated, as if empowered by fear itself.

Lei Ying, the spherical black thundercloud, slammed into the sea where the navy fleet was stationed. Thunder roared, waves surged, and lightning filled the sky. Even the nearby Daughter Island port battlefield shook violently.
The thunder's power shattered ten top-class navy warships completely. Not a single deck remained afloat. Only a few surviving elite marines struggled in the turbulent water.
Even more terrifyingly, dozens of enormous Sea Kings leapt from the sea due to the waves, only to be electrocuted into charcoal—or completely turned to ash by Lei Ying.
Everyone was stunned—especially the navy.
What was happening?! Weren't they supposed to enforce the Demon Slayer Order?!

Victor glanced at Akainu and spoke calmly. Enel, though injured, was excited.

"Do you think you can still survive? None of you will live today!!!"
Admiral Akainu roared. With Enel weakened and Bondi Wald attacking Victor, the navy still believed they had a chance to kill Victor and end the war.
"Ah! The situation is tragic here, but it's time to end the war! Akainu, Kizaru, do you still want to fight?!"
