Chapter 167 - Chapter 166: Lung Mist Urashiki

"Finish me off?"

Upon hearing that, Obito's face darkened instantly, his expression as heavy as storm clouds. Still, he was keenly aware of how complicated the situation had become.

He knew deep down that both Urashiki, who had appeared so suddenly and mysteriously, and Boruto, who was now floating mid-air, would become massive obstacles to his plans.

Urashiki struggled to recover from the aftermath of the Silver Chakra Reincarnation Explosion.

Though his shield was incredibly strong, cracks began to form under Boruto's relentless and razor-sharp assault — it looked like it could shatter at any second.

"What a persistent pest!"

Urashiki cursed under his breath, irritation twisting across his face. "I can't let this drag on."

He quickly weighed his options before deciding to retreat — temporarily.

"Yomotsu Hirasaka!"

The air ripped open into black squares as Urashiki used his space-time ability, vanishing into the void.

Boruto glared at the rift Urashiki had entered. His right eye suddenly transformed — the Jōgan flared open, glowing with a mysterious light.

Ever since Momoshiki had told him about his mysterious eye — the Jōgan — Boruto had been training to master it and understand its true abilities.

He was shocked to learn that it had incredible space-time perception and tracking power.

In a desolate alternate dimension, Urashiki had just emerged, gasping for breath — when suddenly, a purplish-black spatial ripple appeared before him.

Boruto burst out of the void like a phantom, hovering high above him.

"What?! He tracked my Yomotsu Hirasaka?!" Urashiki's face went pale. His gaze locked onto Boruto's right eye in disbelief.

"Jōgan?! How can a lower being like you possess a Jōgan?!"

Boruto frowned. He knows about the Jōgan too? Just what exactly is this eye?

Momoshiki's words echoed in his mind: You've inherited a strong Ōtsutsuki bloodline... the Jōgan is a rare power, even among us...

"Lower being?" Boruto sneered, his tone dripping with contempt. "Hmph. Are all Ōtsutsuki this arrogant? You're just mad dogs!"

With his hands casually in his pockets, Boruto floated mid-air. Behind him, nine Truth-Seeking Balls rotated slowly, exuding a chilling aura.

"Mad dog?" Urashiki's face twisted in fury. "How dare a lowly human call me — the noble Ōtsutsuki Urashiki — a mad dog!"

Boruto narrowed his eyes. "Who gave you permission to look up at me, mutt?"

He raised his right hand. The Truth-Seeking Balls behind him instantly split apart into thousands of glowing orbs, transforming into countless weapons that radiated murderous intent.

"You bastard!" Urashiki trembled with rage.

As an Ōtsutsuki, he had never been looked down upon like this by a mere human.

Boruto tilted his head, a cold smirk curling on his lips. "Mutt, I'm taking your dog life today. Not even gods can stop me — I said it."

The weapons behind him began to vibrate violently, buzzing as if they couldn't wait to be unleashed.

"Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!"

Thousands of weapons shot down like a meteor shower, each one glowing with destructive energy capable of annihilating mountains.

Urashiki's expression twisted in shock. He frantically formed hand seals, summoning multiple layers of crimson barriers.

"Red Light Shield!"

He poured all his chakra into the barrier, hoping to survive Boruto's overwhelming assault.

"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!"

Explosions echoed through the void. The weapons slammed into Urashiki's shields, shattering them one after another, engulfing him in a storm of silver light.

Each weapon carried Boruto's powerful chakra and the destructive force of Yin–Yang Release, detonating upon impact and sending shockwaves through space itself.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

The sound of breaking shields filled the air. Urashiki stumbled backward in mid-air, horrified — his defenses were like paper before Boruto's fury.

"Damn it!" he spat, activating Yomotsu Hirasaka again. Space tore apart behind him, and he dove in just as another wave of weapons erupted.

Above the Ninja World War battlefield, a massive rift opened in the sky.

Urashiki emerged, but before he could even breathe, hundreds of glowing weapons fired from the same spatial vortex.

"What?! Faster than my Yomotsu Hirasaka?!"

Urashiki's face turned pale. He activated his Blue Rinnegan, pulling out his crimson fishing rod and swinging it rapidly, deflecting incoming weapons.

"Clang! Clang! Clang!"

The sounds of metal and energy clashing echoed nonstop. Though he barely blocked Boruto's assault, Urashiki was clearly struggling.

Then he switched to his Red Rinnegan, releasing a massive repulsive force that blasted the weapons away. Seizing the moment, he tore another rift in space and escaped again.

The next instant, a colossal sword — over a hundred meters long — broke through the dark clouds and slammed into where Urashiki had been.

But Urashiki reappeared elsewhere, screaming in agony — one of his arms was gone, blood splattering across the sky.

Desperate, Urashiki began leaping between dimensions, pursued relentlessly by Boruto.

Every time he emerged from a portal, Boruto's attacks were already waiting, as if he could predict every move.

"Damn it... if it weren't for Time Reversal, I'd already be dead!" Urashiki thought bitterly, madness flashing in his eyes.

Down below, the Allied Shinobi Forces looked up, stunned, as the sky tore open again and again, explosions and blinding light erupting above them.

"Someone's fighting in the sky!"

"Is that... a blue Rinnegan?"

"Who the hell is that?! He's bending space to run away!"

On the battlefield, Madara watched with his arms crossed, expression unreadable. "One of my Rinnegan was hidden by Obito... that might prove useful soon."

Beside him, Black Zetsu muttered, "If that Ōtsutsuki is fed to the Ten-Tails, the beast can instantly become the God Tree. Mother can awaken…"

Obito's gaze followed the battle above, his expression dark. "Damn it… that bastard absorbed part of the Ten-Tails' chakra. Now the Ten-Tails' fourth stage will be delayed again."

He cursed inwardly, calculating his next move.

For a moment, the entire war seemed to pause — everyone's eyes were on the sky.

"Boruto, who are you fighting up there? You're not in danger, are you?" Hinata asked worriedly, looking at the Boruto shadow clone in front of her.

The clone grinned and shrugged. "Don't worry, Mother. That's just a little mist. I'll handle it real quick."
